Your attitude already changing for the worst I see and you haven't even been live for 24 hours lol!
I understand everyone was crushed by stars and their business minded approach but giving every customer 600 euros (even if a huge majority will lose it before reaching turnover requirements) with their first 600 euros deposited could put impossible stress on the liquidity of a new site that is already pressed to rectify the technical issues encountered and probably doesn't have a huge amount of capital behind it (unlike stars). This would especially be an issue if that money is likely to trickle up hill to regs who would then withdraw.

I would really like to see a direct bank transfer deposit/withdrawal option of some kind. Something that can be done in the RIO client by entering my account details. Is this a possibility?

Looking at reviews of ecopayz and muchbetter there are some horror stories. I would rather not have to deal with a 3rd party who handles my funds between RIO and my bank account.

Just wondering if this will be an option in the future or if there's a regulatory reason for not having bank transfers in the client.

What a shame. And this is what is called a room for regulars, in which they will listen to their opinions? Here, even play nothing. Idiotic rake system and rakeback. No promotions and bonuses, no advertising other than this site. This guy on the main page looks like a beggar with the slogan "We are here to help us." Looking at this, I want to ask, guys, are you at all sane, to let out such ridicule in 2019?

His attitude was polite and respectful, just like it's always been. I'm kinda confused how you could think otherwise.

Objectively yours. About a year ago there was an unsuccessful launch of a room called Pokergrant. It had all kinds of games, spins tournaments, etc. Every day the owners organized various promotions and distributed money for free, but the room closed six months later. I think that in this application, which has a place on Supernintendo, and not on PС, after a week no one games

coming out of nowhere like an absolute nothing and throwing mud on people that made way better job with their new developed software that most sites with 10x times their budget cant even do half of that .

Lag, basically. Table would come up with a small chunk of time-bar left, I'd focus on it while deciding on my action, but that part of the graphic would freeze and then without further warning I'm sitting out.

Has the RIO payment department looked into the instadebit e-wallet for Canadians? Think this would solve a lot of problems and I assume it is one of the most popular ways for Canadians to deposit on stars, party, etc.

I'm just a customer. Which opened the room, laughed, and decided to leave review in the only place in which this room is mentioned. If it were not for the statements of the creators of this room, about how in the poker world everything is not fair and how this world needs a room where everyone will be happy with everything. I would not pay attention. Just outraged by the fact that the “competitor” of the “not fair” Stars, Partypoker, etc. in terms of functionality, in its concept it looks more like some kind of application for an iPhone than a full-fledged room. Perhaps of course he is still redone, but in this form it is a complete BS. Of course, this is a personal matter, to whom and which rooms to create. But as a regular, I honestly tried to find at least something attractive for myself, but I could not.

First impression from a rec player who plays mostly live:
Download, install, signup was very smooth, deposit also (deposited 100 EUR by credit card).

Played PLO50, it's obviously rigged since when I got it in good I lost and when I got it in bad I won... just kidding, of course. Played one table for like 10 minutes, everything was smooth. Really disliked the screen dimming before river is dealt/at the same moment as river is dealt when losing when all-in, since that removes part of the excitement. Also I was immediately sat out, no option to reload, which feels kind of weird - you should give me at least 5 seconds to decide if I want to reload or not? Sure, I could sit in right away, but this caused me to miss a splash pot - which would have been very annoying if it was a huge splash.

Otherwise I was pleasantly surprised that the game moved forward quickly and with almost no tanking/timebanking, which otherwise makes it impossible to play on regular tables on sites like Stars or MPN. Not sure if it has something to do with the software or if it was just luck, but I think this is really important if you want to keep recreational players in - having to wait for ages while the mass-multi-tabling nits fold their hands is frustrating enough to make a lot of people not want to play online.

Turned on four-colour deck, but the changes did not go through. On other sites this updates immediately, would be good if it did here as well. When I loaded the client next time, deck was still two colours. The settings menu is also not too intuitive and the current settings aren´t presented in a good-looking way.

But all in all, I was pleasantly surprised.

people are talking about 200-500bb splashes, but nobody talking about the kind of effect 2-5bb splashes are having, so many more hands are going all-in by river becos of them.

also some alternative way to claim FULL first deposit seems like a fair one. so many of us in our excitement to support phil didn't do the calculations in what is the best way to get full $600.

Hi tikmassy,

I believe my stance is the same as yours.

As I mentioned, we wanted to improve on the 1st deposit bonus offerings of other sites. We implemented a rule that allows your bonus to never expire, so long as you play a hand every 30 days, which is one improvement. We intended to offer another improvement, but it was not working in time for launch, so we stuck with our launch plans and launched with what we had.

Each and every feature, improvement, or fix that we haven't included for launch pains me - I want this site to be perfect - but the community has been tired of waiting for us to launch, and at some point, we had to pull the trigger and release a product that is imperfect, but good enough to be proud of.

Launching, if it goes well and we generate some revenue, should help us speed up our development moving forward. That, combined with the feedback we'll get from you all, will help us reach a perfect product sooner than we would have if we waited.

I believe, based on public response, that we picked the right time (most people are really enjoying the product - we may have even waited a bit too long!) but I will understand if you disagree.

And your attitude is pathetic

The bonus is a reward, not something that is just given to you as your entitled self desires.

It's a reward for taking a risk by depositing on a new, unproven site. I took a full risk and I'm getting a full reward. Why should you be getting same reward without taking the same amount of risk? That wouldn't be fair to those that made a leap of faith and deposited a full amount.

You want a full reward? Go ahead and make a full deposit, help the site with your volume and you will be rewarded

On the bright side, your complaints are all in our development queue, which means you and I agree on how the site should work!

One thing about the settings menu, which is being overhauled, and the 4 color deck - sometimes the changes won't take place right away, but if they didn't happen the next time you played, you may not have clicked "save" in the settings menu. You have click save on the bottom of the indivudual settings page in order for the change to be applied. Again, we're working on improving that experience!

Thanks so much for seeing past our growing pains and appreciating the positives. I'm glad you're already enjoying it - it will only get better from here!

These are mandatory. We set our bar so low for the requirements to qualify for the +50% rakeback tier because we know how hard it can be to gain followers and viewers at the beginning, and we wanted to give people the encouragement to keep trying. We set the above rules so that we ensure we're giving this benefit to people who really are trying to grow a channel.

I've linked to it a few times, across every place I post, because it will save anyone planning to play a few headaches. It only takes a couple minutes to read through it, so if you're planning on playing, I highly recommend it!

I'll probably spam the thread with that link several times. Please, anyone, feel free to do it for me in the future

Thanks for the feedback. Unfortunately, there is no technical solution to facilitate automated and instant bank transfers between us and players without a third party. However, our team trusts all the providers that we work with.

Instadebit hasn't agreed to work with us so far, perhaps because we are new, but we're continuing to try.
