Did get withdraw in few hours, very solid.
Also props for no restrictions for withdraws and it not effecting first deposit bonus at all.

What is purpose of allowing letters in deposit amount window? Other then allowing deposit infinity? (Happens when entering 3333E3333 (When E between numbers) in deposit window) - also 2e2 = 200, 1e3 = 1000 and strange things happening with latter e in theses windows.

if you aim to win the stream game, you should:

- Make things WAY MORE BIGGER, stacks, bets, cards etc,
One guy on mobile phone and 360p must clearly see what happen (bonus it will also encourage people to play multi lobby)

- Show more information on the table, like potodds, position of all players(utg, mp etc). One line down the nickname showing all the history of past streets by street, and betpot% (OR2.3 / B33%,C / X,X / B150%,F ) (take a look at starshelper)
It make it easy to follow the action at any point in the hand. And breakdown the information for keep the essence of the game.

- Please make a text version of the changing avatar .. very important. I want see clearly and fast the information you give to me.

As a bonus, these 3 point will also encourage people to play multi lobby , and foment the stream/esport.

I like pretty much everything. The only issues, albeit huge ones, are optimization related and they will come in time. The crashes, which just completely shut the client down in a flash, are horrible. I would be amazed if I don't lose multiple buyins due to this. If this were any other site I'd probably be gone and come back in a month or 2. I will persevere however...

1 question - Will the tables be moddable ever? Maybe they're moddable now?

Allmost every streamer has decided to not show huds etc because it makes the tables look clustered and messy. Especially for the mobile users.

Streamed on the site yesterday for over 3 hours and enjoyed the site so far, mostly everything that i found to be an issue has already been stated or in the links you had said.

One thing that I didn't know about when kicking off the stream was the StreamR banner which is probably my fault, but I am still a little unclear as to what is REQUIRED in order to count the hours, I went over the link that you put earlier in the thread yesterday and if i'm reading it correctly I only need to have the one banner, and not the overlay/background etc.

Thanks for the hard work to you and your team, I can really see the potential in here and once we are able to start bringing in the recs could make for some really good and fun games.

I played last night for 4+ hours when usually I struggle to play 30 minutes online which hopefully conveys how I feel about the site. I'll list a few things that I think could be tweaked to improve the overall experience that I don't think are included in the known bugs list.

1) the ability to show cards after the hand
2) full chat box (I know it's often toxic but I think it's necessary for the social aspect. It was a little tilting to be limited to only a few phrases when having back and forth).
3) More stakes to choose from. It's quite a jump from 20 to 100nl, although I imagine you already have plans to add more stakes when traffic increases.
4) Straddles. Similarly to the splash pot, I think anything that might create unique dynamics at the table can only be a good thing.

I did also suffer from one of the crashes although just about managed to get back in time to finish the only hand I had in play. Is there any plans to compensate players who are affected by these crashes?

Also, I understand hands are downloadable after 24 hours, are we able to import these into HM2/PT4 for tracking/ off the table purposes?

Also, regarding splash pots, are the frequencies the different splash pots occur at publicly available?

Congrats on the launch, as purely a rec player I had far more fun playing last night than I have in a long time and will definitely be playing more regularly.

Ps - please tell the RNG to be kinder to me in the big splash pots!

Played a few hours yesterday. I really enjoyed my experience. Here are my observations:

I am Canadian. Deposit by credit card (Mastercard) did not work. I called them and they told me that RIO's payment request didn't even get to them. I ended up using MuchBetter. Once my identity was confirmed it went really smooth. It cost me $156.08 CA to get 100 Euros, which seems to be a good exchange rate. The process is fast (less than an hour to get my money on RIO) and absolutely free.

Gameplay is fast, not affected by 24 tablers ruining everyones experience at the table.

Splashpot is fun, and probably very profitable for the best players.

Also the anonymity has so many advantages: no bumhunting, no 3rd party website to shame players who just like to splash, no pro playing wayyyy lower than their skill (compensating by 24X tables), relying on their hud to observe and write down leaks that they would be unable to identify due to the number of tables they play on. Equal rake for everyone. Feels good man!

As for the negative, some knowned bugs are unacceptable imo and needed fix before going live for real $. I was unable to identify villains holding in many many showdowns due to the speed his cards were flashed to me. Auto top up did not work constantly for me.

Absence of resizing tables and absence of the ability to get your hand history after 24h are a big deal and need fix fast imo. I also beleive that a larger offering regarding the format and limits of games will be necessary to bring more players who will make RIO their favorite playground.

Loved the discord touch, so many helping staffers. I feel important as a customer there. Visually, I like the tables.

My post might look more negative than positive, but it should not. I look forward to play again this weekend!

Good luck RIO poker!

I had multiple disconnects for like 3 seconds ON MY END... After reconnecting, nothing ever happens, software is frozen and I have to close and open the software again. Cost me a quite a bit already... considering not to play until this is fixed

As I mentioned, we wanted to improve on the 1st deposit bonus offerings of other sites. We implemented a rule that allows your bonus to never expire, so long as you play a hand every 30 days, which is one improvement. We intended to offer another improvement, but it was not working in time for launch, so we stuck with our launch plans and launched with what we had.

Each and every feature, improvement, or fix that we haven't included for launch pains me - I want this site to be perfect - but the community has been tired of waiting for us to launch, and at some point, we had to pull the trigger and release a product that is imperfect, but good enough to be proud of.

Launching, if it goes well and we generate some revenue, should help us speed up our development moving forward. That, combined with the feedback we'll get from you all, will help us reach a perfect product sooner than we would have if we waited.

I believe, based on public response, that we picked the right time (most people are really enjoying the product - we may have even waited a bit too long!) but I will understand if you disagree.
I disagree with the first dep bonus. Many people including myself put a small amount on the site to test, not taking into account the 1st dep bonus.

It's unplayable at the time. It crashes frequently and from what I can tell not only for me but for everybody since all pools getting empty right after every crash. ;(

Of all the things that could be unacceptable it is this. You just can't trust that at any time your hand won't just end. This should have been sorted before real $ was launched and should be the only thing the team are working on fixing right now

Just played for around half an hour, would like to share my 2cents.

things that should be addressed

-Options to resize lobby and tables should be added
-the scroll down menu from your username isn't clearly defined, possible cashier button?
-table theme glitch
-settings should have more places to click to open instead of small arrow on top right
-cannot use arrow buttons as hotkeys as it scrolls page down
-ability to add another table from current table
-possible option to view in big blinds
-I got chucked out the client
-all the fonts need enlarging, especially player names and euro amounts
- this one is very subjective but I feel anonymity takes away so much from the game

These aside, I really like the visuals and smoothness of the software and I feel with a lot of tweaks it could be very good. Splash pot is also awesome.

Please don't forget to make a similar rakeback system for SNGs and MTTs when you roll them out, e.g. Golden SNGs like there used to be at Stars (i.e. multiply some of the prize pools at the start of the tourney) and possibly Golden MTTs as well (multiply the prize pool upon the end of late registration) - that would keep suspense and prompt some people to take loose shots at MTTs every week who'd normally only play at increased guarantee weeks.

Something wrong with splash pots tonight?

Currently on hand 32 of €200 PLO and had 1 splash pot worth €4?

Last night they were constant

Is it permitted to use software that displays a 3D avatar capturing facial expressions from the webcam (e.g. FaceRig, f-clone), or is it mandatory to show the real face while streaming? Is voice modification allowed?

I think it's just variance. Some tables run good in terms of splash pot frequency and size, some run bad. In the long run, they even out.

The "Add more chips" sign that pops up when you lose.... It pops up the second you are allin if you are about to lose the hand

that is so tilting knowing you have lost your allin before a flop has even come down

I played a few hours and here are my observations:

Good:
-the software is amazing and very stable
-Splash the Pot is having a nice effect on the games
-Support is very responsive and friendly

Bad:
-you lack some of the most important deposit methods and you shouldn´t have launched with this selection in my opinion:

What use are all the e-wallets when basic stuff like Paysafecard is not available? Aside from credit cards Paysafecard is the method of choice for recreationals in many European countries. Of course most professional players own e-wallet accounts anyway and you offer Skrill, NT, Muchbetter and so on, but you should have offered the prepaid cards that many recreationals use. Instead of petitioning for stuff like crypto deposits with your regulator you should start by making Paysafecard deposits available
(they belong to the same parent company as Skrill and NT so you should be able to accept Paysafecard deposits).

-the river is dealt way too fast when all-in, this should be the number 1 priority right now

Quote:
Avatars

Currently, all opponent’s avatars and screen names are male.
This doesn´t seem like an issue and more like a waste of time. Use that time to change the 2 problems that I mentioned above.

You're clearly not a feminist

Speaking of MuchBetter, isn't it a good tradeoff between the ease of use and the ease of legal compliance? It's not just a Canadian payment processor - it's also a magic wand for Russia, where banks have been forced to block direct transactions for gaming purposes from debit cards to Skrill / Neteller / Paysafecard, and mobile phone bills are a way of circumventing the restrictions.

This should be at the bottom of the list imo. Would you rather have a smooth stable client with better decks etc or a better sweat for rivers?

I couldn't care less about this. Perhaps its just a rec thing then? Oh I lost oh well next hand plz.
