Yeh wtf, I'm playing an $11 buy-in $5k guaranteed MTT and all of a sudden it says "this table is closing". I don't get reseated at another table and when I look in the list of tourneys I can't find mine anymore :S It's nowhere on the ****ing list this is really annoying!

Ye :S It's not there.. It was running for nearly an hour though... can they really cancel it when it's already going? This is so ****ed up...

One of my tournaments ran for almost an hour before crashing, and has now been paused for 4 hours. Support say wait a bit longer. Hahahaha. I'm going to bed and will be distinctly unimpressed if it restarts and I don't get paid out.

The others have all been cancelled, it seems, despite one of them restarting for an hour or so there, so I guess they will be paid out according to the policy.

Party Rep - please explain what you're doing to end this debacle. I know you guys like your monthly software update to have "new features" but could you please put that on hold until your technical team has been reminded that the core of your business (without which all those wonderful extra features are worthless) is that you provide somewhere for people to play poker. At the moment you're a monumental bucket of fail on that front. Get the basics right and you might yet retain some goodwill.

As you are all probably aware, we have been facing issues in recent weeks which have no doubt had an effect on your ability to play poker uninterrupted. A combination of technical and product based bugs have resulted in a reduced stability of our systems. I can assure you that 100% of our resources are focused on this. We believe we have now fixed the issues and services should be returned to normal.

All affected players in cancelled tournaments will be refunded in full as per our cancellation policies. Should you have been adversely affected by downtime with regard to any promotional activity please contact our support whom will deal with issues on a player by player basis.

While we are as frustrated as you when we have issues, I can give you our full assurance that we are completely focused on providing you with a stable platform for you to play.

lol guys it's not like Party poker is being unethical, molesting little kids, stealing account balances, letting a massive UB-esque cheating scandal happen while they look the other way.

They lose way more money when stuff like this happens than you do, it's not like Mike O'Malley is sitting back stroking his fluffy cat and doing an evil villain laugh when stuff like this happens all the while posting on 2p2 to piss you off even more.

Take a deep breath. We all choose to Play Party poker for many reasons; they are really not the inept company of 2003 everyone still portrays them as being. Yes, they've had a couple connection issues this month and are working hard to resolve it.

They will fix it. You will be compensated. Everything will be fine. Relax and go back to focusing on playing winning poker.

It is totally unacceptable for a site of this size to have such serious software and server issues, among other things.

The response from PP is just lol as well. What about all the people who were trying to carry on with the promo who had to wait for 4 hours to resume play? All you get is an email saying 'connection issues'? WTF. Not good enough.

They are not going to shaft you out of the promo because of a server problem on their end, just email them and I'm sure it will be resolved.

I wouldn't count on it. When they went down earlier on this month there was nothing done about it.

If you have missed a day this month because of stability issues, email support and they will give you an exception. If they don't do it, email me directly and I will handle it.

Party is disconnecting repeatedly right now. Cash game players as usually lose a bunch of money and don't receive any kind of compensation.

+1. Been trying to start a session for the last 10 minutes and cannot connect to any cash game tables. To say this is frustrating to say the least.

Oh and when i emailed the other day asking for some kind of compensation i was told play for the rest of the month and you will get a Gladiator prize!!. Wow Thanks!!!!!

One thing I never got about Party. Why dont they have the micro micro limits for Omaha, O8, Stud, etc?
