it is useless for me, I spend all month clearing points for a specific game, but cause they didn't clear in time I had to play the last two days. cleared the points now but no update, by the time cs bother to reply, it is too late for the deadline

Wait, dont they give like 6 months to clear a bonus though? That should be ample time it seems

played a small session, can login fine with token, points update correctly and balance is correct.

maybe a complete uninstall/reinstall to a new location (including manually deleting the registry keys) and disk cleanup might help some of you?

I downloaded and re-installed the software now but the software crashes within seconds of logging in. For some reason the software does not crash if I don't log in but just browse around without log in

No, it is for an affiliate freeroll, clear 50 points to play in it. $200 FR.

I clear relatively small points, being both a rec player who manages an hour or two in the evening + a microstake player. And I actually make a loss clearing the points, its cashing in the freeroll that gives me the profit

Considering 1st place already has over 20k in chips a few minutes will be no help!!! Frustrated!

got no points today after playing 2 hours of 12 tabling

PARTY REP: we need extensions on bonus clearance. We lost almost 48 hours of play while you guys updated the software, and now we can't even get points to update in a timely fashion. That's not even scratching the surface when you consider how many times the software has been buggy, crashing, or updating in the last 4-6 months. Just extend bonus times by an extra week, let us clear our money and keep grinding. You're going to make far more cash by encouraging us to play more than by pissing off a lot of players who are already frustrated by the last few days.

this a.m. I had two tourneys running but it would only sit me at one of them (luckily I pulled off the big 40cent win in that one... 'UnderTheTree' $250)

PartyPoker's software was working just fine for me for the past couple mos.,... not anymore. (I do have the hat on my tables though

It's been working for the most part for me until recently. Now I get crashes. Its like the software has gotten worse...
