Not the same chance of hitting every city. The "bingo" cities below are the ones you should be looking for.

None of the bingo cities here too

Dominated 58 cities total and got 24 different ones.
Promo looks so sweets but actually seems pretty worthless.

it's just high variance promo. either you'll get like 3% rb or bink a few rare ones and get 50%+ rakeback. EV of it will prob be around 10% like with any other party promo

What happens if the cheating account entered the big buy-in tournaments such as the $640 "The Million" Guaranteed? Would the $640 be taken from the remaining 199 innocent players who made the money (proportionately)?

If the cheater won the $200K first prize, would PartyPoker steal the $200K for itself or how would it redistribute this $200K which belongs to the players? It seems to me that PartyPoker should have insurance against credit card fraud and innocent players should not lose anything.
