anyone else only getting 48 cards constantly when they should be at 50?

Generally not, i reported two colluding regs a few weeks ago and got nothing.

Kick up a fuss and you might get a bonus or something. report back.

Cheers. Yeah i think it's pretty solid. After i spotted some sus play, I checked sharkscope and saw that of 44 total tournaments played by the newer player, 39 were played with the 2nd character. This is spread out over numerous days and at different stakes. Is there any other info i should look for to send or just leave it to party for now?

there were 2 guys playing 6-max nl like 6+ months back. one of them was a 50nl reg and the other randomly played 200nl

another 2+2 poster noticed something suspicious from their play and posted about it. i started to do some digging and found out that part i wrote above and that the 50nl reg only played 200nl tables with his friend and exact same tables and times. there were not even big pots played between them suggesting softplaying. fortunately for them they read 2+2 and stopped doing that instantly after "getting caught"

i wrote to party support about it but they obv "couldnt find" anything

it went on only for like 5 different days that i found so i guess they wouldnt have stopped if they were not outed and we would have more proof (which was solid already).

i wrote this just to get you ready for the lifetilt party support will put you through. i dont think they really care about collusion/softplay/disconnect protection abuse etc. theyll just take the rake in

anyone else having problems with party at the moment?

i am playing a few tables but i cant open some of the tables. when i try to open a new it just goes directly to "connection lost, trying to reconnect"

yup bugging out for me. Cant login & getting some "cant connect to earlyexperience.party server"

Those threads don't inspire much confidence. I sent my first e-mail 5 days ago and they are still playing. It's probably not such a big deal as I think they might even still be losing players while colluding. It doesn't display Party's security team in a favourable light though.

According to Sharkscope, the newer account has played 51 SNGs between 19 March and today at 6 different stake levels between $5 and $100 buy-ins. All of the tournaments I looked at were 6-player. He has played on 43% of those days. Now of those 51 buy-ins, the other player has been in 46 games. It should take Party all of 2 seconds to work out that they are consciously joining the same games. Now I concede that just because they join the same games doesn't mean they are softplaying, but surely it's cause to suspend the accounts pending an investigation.

It took me around three weeks and five emails to get a result last time

I had a weird glitch yesterday when buying a $3k bonus: the confirm screen said I'd still have all my 20014 points (or whatever it was) after buying the bonus... and rightly enough, I was credited the bonus and no points were deducted... After about 5 minutes the points were finally deducted and all was correct again though.

I assume it was something related to the recent problem with the monthly/quarterly point counts not updating properly? (see the link I posted to the ps.de forum thread above)

I always have the muck hands clicks but yesterday on some tables it was always asking show 1 or both cards. The total points per month and quarter are not showing. Rabbit hunt feature busted like 3-4 weeks ago. Last weekend I got some special card to scrub that guaranteed 50p, 100p, something else (I got 50p) and this was in the promotions as a separate one, not card rush. Not there anymore. Weekend promotion?

Party finally got back to me re: the collusion case. Here is their response:

I've emailed back requesting compensation but I don't hold out much hope. The players were Ankahier and Aleschka888. What I don't understand is how 2 people can play in every SNG together over multiple sessions/stakes and their system doesn't automatically raise a flag. Surely that is the first thing you would implement.

It seems as if only pokerstars and possibly full tilt got automatic systems to catch cheaters.
Partypoker catch them if you report them.
Ipoker and similar networks don't even catch them if you report (see the bot thread).

Makes me smile whenever this thread is bumped to the first page. Now 6 months since the last update and the software is riddled with bugs. Glad I left for FT

they have actually had several updates with several fixes and several new bugs introduced as normal. partyrep has just abandoned 2+2 i think

yeah i dearly miss FTP, the generous 27% rakeback, fantastic support, ability to check iron man/opt into promotions/withdraw smoothly at the click of a button, and chance to compete with strong US players

i went back briefly planning to pick up the Take 2 promotion's free $25, and gave up trying to opt in. fired up partypoker, oh wow I've randomly been offered a $1000 bonus and the gladiator promo is running next month for another 1k or so in value. sigh

i know i mean seriously party poker wtf is wrong w you guys, this new 24/7 instant live chat support and being very generous with bonuses and promotions is getting beyond ridiculous

could be random or possibly for a combo these reasons:
- just became palladium for 1st time last month
- was complaining on live chat support recently about some stuff
- raked 4.5k last month and have barely played a hand this month, so it looks like i could be quitting

haven't got one of these bonuses before. good luck to other 2+2ers getting one . i have to rake 4k in 21 days to release it all
