If there were to be restructuring of how they listen to players they would probably choose to think about it after the merge. It seems everything is in limbo till then.

Seeing this weird subpromo in party client

got one yesterday too but didn't notice it, not sure if it gives you it again if you don't opt in, or if you get 2+ days of it regardless

i'm only silver status on party skin, not sure if this subpromo is random or VIP based, the normal 'click card' thing is usually random

IMO this is good for game quality. I believe that they have taken a view to focus on casual players and this has made many regulars depart from party, thus have made fish ratio compared to regs pretty good at small stakes.

Rake is killer though and compared to few years back the client has gotten worst too imo.

I was hanging around 25PLO the other they for 250 hands and paid 9$ worth of rake. Couple of AI only. Considering the new rake method that this is all paid from my pocket compared to what was before makes me rage. They also took out my affiliate so i cant see any benefits playing there after the Gladiator.

Gotta bet back to stars to grind 1-2bb winrate at best compared to 4-5bb on party.

+1 yeah I definitely think a redoubling of efforts immediately after the merger would be a good idea

The purchase of Ongame and merger of bwin players will be one of the biggest shake-ups for European players this year.

Quote:
For PartyPoker players, there should be a small but noticeable bump in traffic with the addition of bwin—perhaps another 10%-15% increase.
:
Meanwhile, bwin.party has yet to show much interest in the mobile space despite its market position, the resources it has available, the recent industry successes and positive response from players. As it stands, bwin players will have to stop playing poker on their iPhone, iPad or Android device when transitioned over to PartyGaming unless the company uses the next nine months to develop their own mobile platform.

Hey!

Wanting to deposit on Party in the next week. Just have basic inquiries about deposit/withdrawal methods?

Basically, which is best? (Best= fast, secure, easy) There isn't a large amount of info about their withdrawal methods on their site so I am just seeing what the consensus is!

Cheers

best could be a different one for different people so it would help if you said where you are from and what options you got

i am using moneybookers. both party and moneybookers in euros (because my home bank account is in euros too) so there are no currency exchange fees. after clicking withdraw the money is usually in my moneybookers account in 2-3 hours

I live in the UK. I'd prefer to use USD for both accounts. I already have paypal and netteller set up. Just looking for insight on the other options!

Most of my money is already on Paypal....so I guess if anyone has insights on the withdrawal process, i'd be very appreciative! And i'll be sure to check out Moneybookers. Thanks for the advice!

I'd look into setting up MB in £ and using Party in £ (it's completely transparent and feeless when playing), otherwise you'll be hit with transaction fees. If you wish to keep Party account in $ you'll end up paying the fees at some point before you can carry your winnings to your local grocery store / car dealership / w/e.

Withdrawal to PayPal is usually instant. Once or twice they took a couple of days - I guess they randomly have someone look at withdrawals.

I don't know to be honest, I have an idea it varies with country. But you can transfer from PayPal to your bank account or use it for buying stuff online. Probably PayPal is not ideal if all your money comes from poker.

"Anybody know what next month's promotion is going to be?"

I've just gotten an email telling me I've been sent on a secret mission... have to log in to find out what thar's all about!

I like that the regs on my table sat and talk about how much they loved gladiator and wanna see it every month. Yeah playing 8h/day and try to breakeven must be fun.
Have never seen worse games, have no reason to play here atm.

I have the Party "GoPlay" MasterCard, withdrawals to your bank are like 40~mins, although it says 15mins.
Still pretty quick, but when you withdraw or make a transaction, you are charged €3~ (my card is set to Euros), so if I wanted €100 I would have to withdraw €103.

That is why I was asking about the PayPal card, is there fee's like the aforementioned GoPlay card does anyone know?

Party being party, it says Fee: $0.00 for Paypal, but it also says the same for GoPlay.
