It happends sometimes for me to that hem-cashier doesnt show the same amount.

Pretty sure its the short lag/disc that happends sometimes fault, bec if i go and look at the HH at the table after a session, there is some HH marked with a X now and then.

Waitlist bug, anyone else???

Argh, anyone else getting the following: the PP client gives you the "a seat is available at table XYZ" popup...you click ACCEPT, and it opens the table in question, only to show you that there actually AREN'T any open seats...but I'm still, like 2 / 7 on the WL.

Now, SOMETIMES it's just a minor inconvenience, because even though the seat-open popup appeared prematurely, it doesn't boot you off the WL, and when a seat DOES actually become available, I can take it.

But SOMETIMES, it just inexplicably boots me off the WL completely!

Anyone notice the above bugs? (not sure they're related...like: the premature seat-open popup may not have anything to do with being booted from the WL)

I have it where every once and awhile the waitlist pops up I click Accept it takes me to table and shows me an open seat. But when I click on that open seat it says that its taken or reserved etc. But it stays open until I click leave waitlist or the timer runs out, therefore losing my position on the waitlist. Thats fun when theres a 25 person wait list for that table!

I just made a try and no, it doesn't give rake for the extra 50c on BBJP tables

(I made a new database, imported only 1 hand of BBJP of a 73,40$ pot, 3,50 stayed in rake and only got credited of 1.50$ rake in my hem (not 1,75))

They told me they can't send me the HH in the regular format ?!?!?!? how can this be possible if when we play, we get the regulars one?!?!?

My account is is CAN$ but like I said previously, it is around the same value as US$

Anyone found a way to import the ''bad'' HH ? Does it work with PT3 ?

I downloaded the trial of PT3 and imported the hands they sent me and it does arrive exactly even with the cashier.

On HEM, I think they don't add any extra pts/rake for the extra 50c but they seem to don't remove the extra 50c from the win/loss section and that could be the reason of the unbalanced numbers!

That would mean that I pay a ****** ****load in bbjp fees and this is also scary !

So, I guess everyone who plays those BBJP and use HEM have are always more up compared to their cashier? Anyone can confirm that ?

I've never seen either bug... but I always leave the table open while I'm waiting. Maybe that prevents it.

It will be interesting to see what their next big excuse will be to potential investors once they also fail in the US. It was amusing reading their financial reports as they whined to no end about the unfair edge -that of Stars dealing to US players- claiming that that was the only thing separating them from Stars; keeping them from rising to the top. Once that was 'unfair edge' no longer present and nothing changed they suddenly started claiming US regulation will be the big secret that brings them back to the top.

It's amusing. It's like they think things like working software and valuable player incentives simply don't matter. For all the bells and whistles they've added over the years they still can't beat their 2005 software in two ways - it let you enter your name and login, then play online poker. And when's a Party bonus coming? Next Thursday! And it'll clear at 10x raked hands. I remember dreading playing 6000 hands to clear a $200 bonus.
