Hi, my username is ddc2002. I am waiting for a withdrawal of 1200 USD. I was already in contact with party poker. I sent them a bank statement, i can also send a letter from my bank, that they didnt receive anything.
Now the normal way is, that party poker as the sender has to make an inquiry to their sending bank, so that they can investigate where the money is.
My bank cant do anything, and theyre right. I also used to work in a bank, and that is the way it is.
Now I would like Party Poker to send me a proof within a week that they submitted an inquiry to their sending bank. That is the only way to investigate where the money is.
