Can I have some example username, locations and operating system details, please?

An option could be to remove the folder in full > C:\Programs\PartyGaming folder
And then reinstall
Please ensure notes are backed up before doing so!

Do I have to save my player notes before reinstalling? And if so, where are they located?

I reinstalled last night and it worked. Have logged in just now and it is back to the same problem, as per the image.

+ I lost my player notes.

The first time I had this problem, a reinstall didn't fix the problem.

why poketracker4 hud isnt working on satellite tables or am i the only one having this problem?

Man, ive read all your posts for the last year, the time i have been playing Partypoker, and you always suspect bots among players from Russia, Ukraine and Belarus.
I don't know from what country you are, but you should understand one thing. Those 3 countries have very good educational (schools and universities) programms and very low average income (200 dollars for Belarus and Ukraine and 500 for Russia). If the clever student from Denmark (for example) faces the possibility to earn 1000 euros while the average income in his country is 5000 euros, he won't think about poker as his job. But if you give this opportunity to a 20-year old boy from Belarus, he surely will use this chance.
And because there are a lot of clever, young guys that starts their poker careers the level of competition grows very fast.
And also in Russia there are tons of poker schools because they can make money.

I can't say for sure but i am more than convinced that 90 percent of those players at PP are simple humans that play for their living.

And what on earth makes you think that Ardin3 is a bot?
He plays 10-12 hours without a stop?
Unreal winnings?
Same actions every time?

I was very happy at first at all the new updates you guys introduced. But what one particular left bad taste in my mouth. When you convert chips into big blinds, lets say you raise, it shows in chips on the table. This doesnt make any sense to me, if u convert to big blinds everything should be displayed as big blinds, when I 3bet and guy puts me all in I would love to see my 3bet amount in bb and not in chips, because then I have to do extra math and stuff.. thats just really stupid in my eyes, I talked with more people about it and we cant understand why its not in big blinds everything, when you choose it to be.

If you guys make it how it should be , Ill be back playing on your fields. If you guys wanna see how it should be, when you convert into bbs, just check winamax software, that stuff is next lvl on this issue.

Also, I didn't really like the labels system, but everything else is now pretty good

PARTY REP, did you read my post? Why is PartyPoker not saving any notes on the players, not even the color codes I give them?

The BB function you describe above will be implemented in an upcoming release
I have no exact timeline to share, however, it's coming soon

Which OS are you using?
When you say they are not saving - do you mean at any point, ie: you move tables and they are gone or when you log out and back in nothing has saved?

Any update?

It would be very helpful if you could send some logs for our tech team to review

1. Open Finder.
2. Press (Command + Shift + G ) all three keys at the same time.
3. Enter ~/Library/Logs/partypoker/ in the text field, and click on Go button.

Compress the files in that folder and share them with us, please.

After a reinstall it is working again.
