Any chance you would reconsider the lobby changes for highstakes cash?


Basically the decision to make lobby anonymous has killed highstakes cash (2.5k+). There are quite few reasons for this, but mainly it just discourages regbattling, because nowdays if you go in and play 3handed at 2.5k+, immediately the table becomes full as everyone comes to check out if there is a fish, after an orbit everyone realizes there's no rec and leaves while grimming the guys that were at the table first.

Anonymous lobby won't prevent bumhunting at highstakes where most ppl are not gonna play without a rec anyway, so to me it just seems massive negative unless you actually wanna kill highstakes cash.

It's probably not as bad as at high stakes, but this is also an issue at small stakes.

When a game loads (SNG/MTT), the info panel is there by default. Before a hand is dealt i close it because the white hurts my eyes . Then the first hand is dealt and it pops back up, so i have to close it again. It remains closed for that specific game unless i make use of notes then i manually close it again.

It should default to the current "minimised" state for all new tables until i open it again. Similar to the info panel on Pokerstars.

Can I play on party while on holiday in Spain and Italy? If not I guess I'm not allowed to use vpn either while in those countries?

Will there be Party Poker LIVE in Prague this year?

Its hard to tell these days whos the bot or not (this is exactly what party wants, cause they know its a relevant amount of rake they are generating) but we all know that eastern europe are very over-represented. Nobody seems to care about this issue at all and these bots are constantly lowering everybodys w/r and making a huge impact on the poker ecology. I might be wrong but I thought party cared about the ecology, lol? If I had to pick one player I suspect being a bot it would be Ardin3 (russian player). Anyway, this is a far more important question then everybody think. This problem must be taken a lot more serious then the case is handled today. Soon its too late. Trust me!

My mac client is crashing every damn session, today every 20 minutes. This has cost me a lot today, what can I do about this? Is this normal for mac client?

It also kicks me off from some tables but others not, totally random which ones it will be and then I'm not ablbe to join them for 10 minutes, this is a friggin joke.

I won some money by winning rake races, affiliate races I mean. And all these bonus have months to clear it up.

However, after 1 week, they were left with exhausted status. In my first contact, the Brazilian substitute manager (Flor) told me that the bonus of $450 expired (in 3 days, lol). And now, after 1 week, the two bonuses of $375 and $50, also expired, for the reason that I have made cashout/transfer (probably the same case as the bonus of $450).

It turns out that these values should not be bonuses, they are rake race prize! And I didn't loot/transfer all my cashier, why did they expire? Lol

Can you do anything, please?

My deposit bonus doesn't appear to be accumulating any points.

Deposited $100 on the 19th of September 2018. Have now run that up to $238 over 11,500 hands. Over this time I've paid $52 in rake, yet my bonus still sits at 0%.



Bonus shows as active and is "opted in". Can you please shed some light on this?

I see all the 33$ mtts from these hours have been removed. Is this permanent?

I had a bunch of Powerfest tickets that had expiries for the 28th or 30th of the month that have disappeared. Obviously Powerfest is over so that makes sense now but I tried to late reg the $16.50 Powerfest main last night and the ticket I had for that buy-in level had already disappeared.

The ticket is showing as valid in the account
All tickets will be removed by admin today - yes they showed an expiry of the 30th however these were only valid for Powerfest events

If you look under My Account > My tickets > filters select Inactive you can view the remaining x2 tickets which were unused

Regarding using the ticket for late entry, I see no issues reported regarding tickets or late reg on the specific tourney
Had you contacted customer service they possibly could have advised and manually entered you however at this stage I am afraid there is little I can do to help

Are there currently technical issues regarding log-in? The log-in page is failing to load.

no log in issues here! only the "normal" ~20-30 seconds till the partysoftware is ready with loading AND the other "Standard" message everytime i log in~ "sorry technicalissues try later" message is gone...so everything is FINE here

what i have is ,and it's now the second time (first time was a powerfest tournament)-

- i thougt hey there's no tournaments for me anymore but i could Play a few Hands cash game...found a table...doubleclick...and getting the message (in german) ~"sorry you have the max nr on tables open please Close one of them"

how i said, first time was in a powerfest Event...when the tables Pop up normaly,2 min or so before the tournament starts, i got the same message! i was not able to sit down! the only Thing what helped was Close partypoker and restart! ! ! btw. the tournament was running till i was back!!!

Do party poker ever advertise on UK television? I am always seeing pokerstars adverts but don't recall ever seeing a party advert.

Why is Party not saving any player notes? I marked a bunch of players, its all gone. The other settings, such as betting sizes, etc are being remembered by the software. I am running WIN 10.
