Column widths are a mess in the FF menu since the recent updates. I can edit them so they look proper but then they just revert when I close and reopen the client.



Also the cash game menu (non FF) defaults to ALL for each filter and reverts to this on each close and reopen. It should really remember your chosen stakes/seats, etc like it did before the updates.

Yup. Kinda sad when an employee puts all their integrity on the line for their employer backing up this crap.

Collette, your employer can say it investigates and hand covertors are not allowed yada yada, players a lot smarter then your staff are showing otherwise so you should stop posting otherwise. Online poker will thrive again when the victims of bots and players using unfair advantage tools like hand convertors can receive damages in a court of law. I’d love to have a juridicial third party explore just how much party poker looks into these investigations because its clear at this point blind eyes are being turned or the people employed to do these are not equipped software detection wise or mentally to do the job necessary.

Regarding the converter: downloaded it as i had a suspicion and i was right: it appears in the task-manager as process pp(32bit). Party, just scan the task-manager and outright ban/confiscate funds anyone with this process running while playing on Party.


I'm playing FF, so couldn't care less, but to me this looks like something easy to solve.

This is the same with the MTT lobby also.

Often you can't even read what is in each column due to there being squashed when you login. You edit/expand them manually and redo the filters so that there readable etc...and they don't stay that way once you logout. It's a constant annoyance and frustration having to go through this process every login.

The problems with the columns and pop-up filters reverting to default on there own, along with being a random mess each time you login again, has been raised many times by various people (including myself on occasion) and tech we're supposed to have already resolved this but, for some reason we're still yet to see anything fixed.

Edit : false Alarm, now in!

A number of players (including myself) have had that issue over the last few days. It's a bit random...sometimes you can login in first time and other times the client just sits there connecting for eternity. Usually, closing the client and restarting again fixes it. Occasionally you might have to do that a couple of times before it will connect.

Am liking the Powerfest 'Click card' promo.

Nice to be logging in each day to play in a series and having the knowledge that, as an added bonus, your guaranteed to be able to play in one of your events for free.

Got myself a $5.50 ticket today...If I manage to reveal a $5200 ticket at somestage, i'll be seriously buzzing!

Click Cards always get a bad rep for some odd reason. Last week they had a special one for Irish players (to entice more players to the Irish Poker Masters in Killarney next weekend)

Minimum win was $5.50 and max was $1,000. I picked up 4x $5.50 and then one $22 ticket. So in total I got $44 for absolutely nothing!

And.... I'm one step away from $1,000 PPL dollars!

My bad in regards to thinking there we're guaranteed prizes each day...It only states what the prizes are that your able to win and doesn't say anything about the other prize of 'nothing' that's obviously also a possibility, from what you guys are saying.

In that case, i'm feeling quite lucky I won a ticket then! Hope that's an early sign of some 'run good' coming my way for Powerfest.

i have learned if there's any promo at Party where you can win tickets- i will not win.so i expect nothing- and get nothing ! this is maybe an extra Special just for me

Log in to client. Balance and cashback show $0, clicking cashier leads to the partypoker homepage where it claims I'm not logged in.

fix your tournament titles, why there is additional caraters in MEDIUM events? hud not woring in those because of this

the low event have the following title: #001-L:
and.. the medium have the following: #001-M-:


so there is one additional "-" character in every medium ($55) events


just too many glitch at party lately, small thing and seems like amistake every time by party, annoying. please more attention in everything even the small ones. i might skip all medium events cuz of this for today
