Just wanted to add that I got my chip equity refund this morning, it was fair, thanks to Party for handling this properly.

Btw, how did you get that $500 USD reload bonus?

Despite all their faults Pokerstars always do the above and consequently their is ALOT less aggro from their players when they have server issues.

I've only received from play on 09/08/2018, not 10/08/2018

How are they doing this Collete, seeing as the play continued during the issues? (I lost chips over a 30/40 minute period while watching players steal my blinds, then play continued for me as I could log in again with DECIMATED stacks).

Got back in but, had blinded away 1/3 of my stack and busted soon after. Seems to be working ok currently (at least for me anyway).

They really need to sort this out. Powerfest is only a couple of weeks away and i'm hesitant to play in it currently with all the ongoing issues...

The issues are directly related to the current spate of DDOS attacks against poker sites which are ongoing - they are outwith our control
This mornings issue only affected a small number of players- all of which have now resumed play without further issues

The team are on full alert and will continue to fight them off to the best of their abilities

yea i read that other poker sites have/and had Problems too....it would be so interesting to know who the attacker's are and why and etc.

is it really bec of Money? do you think this guy's expect getting Money from such big international sites? it's hard to believe, for me. there must be other reason's, i think. BUT i#m ofc/obvious no expert!

in such cases when a big site is under hacker/ddos attack, in Germany company's are forced to call the Police etc....! is that the case in Gibraltar too? do pokersites call the Police...or do they try to fight only with the own security/experts etc. ?

Yeah cashback came with an e-mail notification too but customer support is completely unavailable. Can't open support page here, used twitter, skype and here... no response even so far about refunds (except Colette on other thread) or about current issues (client is lagging / having short disconnections, probably DDoS again).

Any update about the powerfest Omaha HR levels/structure? Last sunday's 530$ was ITM around 2:11CET. Again, this tournament has way less runners and 2min shorter leves, not to mention that powerfest tournaments have some added levels which slows it down even more.

Its not fun to play these tournaments 10+ hours, please think about reducing the levels from 16 to 10-12 minutes. If you want to have tournament with such a slow structure, please add one "deep stack" and don't make the whole series unplayable.

Hey Party Rep,

I'm aware of Party their Diamond club and it's quite nice.

But the thing that strikes me as surprising is that there is no 6 or 9-max hyper/turbo/regular Sit&Go traffic on your site, so players are really only able to make it to the Diamond Club playing cash games.

Your main competitor has always had hundreds of SnG players playing the mid and high stake games, with the hopes of reaching a status that's sort of equivalent to Party their Diamond Club.

Is there any hope for all of the SnG players out there, that Party will make some sort of promotion/effort/revamp etc. in order for those games to be as popular as they once were on your main competitor's site? That was before your main competitor killed most of the action with rake changes.

I posted this a while ago, and I was wondering if there's any news for people that like to play SnG's.

You offer some decent games, such as the turbos/hypers, but also old, un-attractive games such as DoN's (set up for collussion, overal very boring game, etc.) and you have very little SnG traffic overall, and basically no higher stake games, AT ALL. ($100+)

I mean ill just be honest here I've raked a million over the last few years on your main competitor's site and they kept a good amount of that. I would like to play on your site and there's more people like me but you need to offer the attractive games that recs and regulars like to play. You already have a good rakeback system so there's no reason those games can not be as popular as they once were on your main competitor's site.


So, basically:

Is modernizing/promoting your SNG-offering on the agenda any time soon?

Also, what team is responsible for the sng-offering?
