Same problems continue to go on. You are employing more people, new tools but the same cheating still goes on... last year you said you made all these improvements to software and to customer support but time revealed it was all bullony poop. 16:00L 9th July 2018 No Money showed up today again. 13 days since withdrawal requested, 12 Days since it was fully approved and allegedly sent by "Fast Bank Transfer"....Silence is the response from PP since Thursday.

The one other time in 15 years I had a withdrawal issue with a online gaming site, They were on the phone every day I am XXX I am dealing with your case here is my direct contact number. Bang solved in 2 days with an explanation of what happened and how they have changed their process to avoid it happening it again.

As per your previous posts - didn't you state the team had asked you wait until the 12th for a further update?
Have you receive no further info to date or is the issue still pending until the 12th?

Good Morning Colette,

Thanks. I agreed to wait until 12th July. Your company view is they will do nothing until that date to see if the money turns up. I would have thought a little more pro active support to ensure this is sorted on 12th rather than commence work on sorting it on the 12th.

They did not respond to the letter I sent on Friday and again today requesting they acknowledge the contents. I have had no communications or update since last Thursday, I presume because they refuse to take action until 12th July.

Quick noob question - are all regular 6max party tables anon now ? I was playing some this morning and i had player names + hud working, now every table is anon, not sure if it was a party glitch or i'm missing something, thanks in adavnce and sorry if this is a well know fact already

On July 5, I registered for partypoker, passed the account verification. After the first deposit I received $ 40 with tournament tickets. So, yesterday my account was blocked by operating it so that I abused bonuses! I do not quite understand what's going on!

Update:

Finally Partypoker say ok since you have not received the funds we will recall them from the banking system.

12th July 2018 - Almost 3 weeks after the withdrawal...

Now they are saying this will take another 30 Business days from today to recall the funds to my account from now.

Then I will have to withdraw again for another 5 days.

Ridiculous quite frankly. Probably looking at around 60 days total if I ever see my money since withdrawal.

This is 2018 Partypoker, The online poker community will not tolerate such slow bad customer service

Thank you Colette. I received a copy of the "Proof Of Payment" nearly 2 weeks ago. I presented to the bank head office head of bank operations last week. The funds are not received by my bank FULL STOP.

The document provided does NOT prove funds ARRIVED in the destination bank account. Just because you Wire money does not mean it arrives.

Let me re-state the funds are not received by my bank and not in my bank account. I have PM you the details and the letters I sent to Partypoker.

I think Partypoker is walking a very dangerous line if their view is "We sent the money" therefore you have it. I have all the documentation that it is not the case.

Your payment provider can A. Initiate a FULL Trace. and B. If Necessary recall the transfer.

Hope that is clear. Your payment department just spoke to me and asked for bank statements to show which I have sent him and you.

Secondly I will YET again visit the Head of Operations in my bank tomorrow and get a stamped certified copy and send it to him. Lets hope this resolves it quickly.

I have emails and live chats that state Partypoker or their payment provider - Completed a Wire Trace and that the funds were received, I asked for a copy of this trace to take to my bank - this was refused.

Yeh sadly Neteller withdrew support in my countries. I have used Entropay with great success over the years. I will return to use that if Partypoker resolve the case.

I have received 2 payments via the missing funds method from PPoker so it works. Just not in this case for some reason.

I am Hong Kong and UK Based. Colette is trying her best but there is some underlying issues here that make no sense.

I had another meeting with Head Of Bank Operations today (Cant go much higher haha)

It's very simple. I sent my 3rd Formal letter this morning to Partypoker. Partypoker have provided a document which they refer to as "Proof of Payment".

In reality following consultation with the bank and my own advisors, All it is is Proof of instruction to make a transfer. It is in no way is confirmation of a successful transaction.

I was told over a week ago that Partypoker or their payment provider (I have saved the emails and live chats) have been completed a SWIFT WIRE TRANSFER TRACE and that the money is in my account.

So following today's meeting the bank say this is very simple, If that is the case all the remitter (Partypoker and their payment provider Kalixa Accept Ltd) need provide is the SWIFT WIRE TRANSFER TRACE results that they have advised me they have completed last week.

The SWIFT TRACE is the only official and legal way to prove the transaction was completed as intended. I have also provided them with a bank statement that shows no funds received.

Partypoker seem to misunderstand that the Remitter (Sender) of a WIRE TRANSFER is the only party that can initiate a full SWIFT WIRE TRANSFER TRACE from origin to destination. The Receiver of a wire transfer cannot complete this step

So last week I asked could you kindly provide the SWIFT WIRE TRANSFER TRACE you stated you have completed. No sir we cannot do that was their response you must wait until 12th July 2018 to allow time for the bank to receive the funds.

12th July 2018 was 10 business days since the transfer was allegedly sent. I have just sent them an email with one simple request:

Please provide me with the SWIFT TRANSFER TRACE RESULTS that you completed so I can present this to my bank.

I await their response.
