LOL @ you threatening to take them to court for your $20. Even if that statement wasn't such a joke and you we're to seriously pursue it, you don't have a leg to stand on legally and would lose far more than $20 in the process.
Why you made such a big deal out of simply being asked to confirm your identity in the first place I don't know. It's not a hard task being asked of you and once done, you have full account privileges moving forward.
I get the feeling that your kicking up a fuss for an entirely different reason than simply the principle of being asked to provide the info, like you state is behind it.
It wouldn't surprise me if PartyPoker now turn around and say they no longer want you as a customer full stop, which they are also within there rights to do.
