Do you have a link to a post explaining these changes anywhere? Very, very disappointed in this change... 50bb min encourages so much more action and shot taking, and you already had solid anti-rathole measures in place with the inability to rejoin short.

Hi all

Please note we have some schedule changes for the festive season

Sunday 24th - reduced schedule

Monday 25th - Normal schedule, some small guarantee reductions

Tuesday 26th - Full "Sunday" schedule including the Title Fight and Main event moved from the 24th

Sunday 31st - reduced schedule

Monday 1st Jan - Full "Sunday" schedule including the Title Fight and Main event

So basically, our headliners move for the next two Sundays to Tues and Monday for obvious reasons

Been playing this site early from 2010, if you thinking about playing here, do not.

Long run they will **** u up, just to remember few things, back in 2014 for over a year they inplemented a bug into their software to freeze you resulting in need of restart all client and beeing sitouted every table. They intentionally did not fix it for over a year, and this was crucial year for any regular player spending their Rake back points.

So players having alot of them got ****ed pretty badly by it, not for last time.

Over a ****in year they did not fix software crashing every 30min, imagine multi talbing... This was time after their team changed and all their actions was against regular players, including pool selection, changes in rakeback, but the freeze feature was just some brilliant idea by some shady mofo. Multiple times i was playing 16tables got into good spot with AA got action preflop and **** freezes, restart client/sit outed every table... Lost thousands cuz of this and tilt factor. Ofc spent countless hours
trying to get any response from support, months emailng back and forth, with close to non effect.

Back in days when there were bonuses to buy in shop, they made a big summer sale, you could buy like $5k bonus for 40k PP or so, with 180 days to clear.

Remember how i put the hours in to clear it fighing all those freezes, and it was payed like in two parts, so you really needed to clear all to make it efficient. I put hours and ****in work and guess what, 5days before **** christmas where my bonus was going to over about 24th, they turned out the site, site was down for about 5days,

official reason they got DOSed. I **** really doubt it.

They did not want to negotiate that 10% that was left to clear.

I got generous offer from my so called VIP(joke) operator that i can pick two days and clear it, no negotiations.

**** goes on an on. Really poor memories fighint with this site, with all good intentions.

This is absolutly bull**** company with low standard, however i admit the person in this thread is makeing good job. Happy Christmas!

Yes - admittedly we had a serious connection issue which took some time to resolve - I bore the brunt of it on these pages and agree it was an unpleasant time for all - however your claim this was intentional is incorrect

You claim you discussed with CS for month with no response - can you please provide a username - I would like to review the chats and the claim of unresolved issues and unsatisfactory service

Regarding the bonus - all bonuses have restrictions - sounds like you were familiar with such bonuses and aware of the T&Cs - we do not negotiate restrictions - these are set per bonus and are non-negotiable - when you accept the offer you accept the requirements
However, if you claim the bonus was not achievable due to an ongoing issue - I am unsure why a resolution was not reached and compensation offered.

Again if you provide a username I will look into the chat history

I wanted to change my screenname today. I always thought that on partypoker I can change my screenname every 180 days.. just like on winamax.

It's 184 days ago and the option is available in the menu so I click it and I see this: "We're sorry, but our records indicate that you have already changed your screen name."

I chat with support and the first one tells me I can't change it. I had some bug going on half a year ago when I changed it back then, so I still had hopes it could be that problem. So I thought I try another chat, since the first guy could be ****ing with me. At the same time I search the faq and it says that I absolutely can change my screenname every 180 days. I quote what I found to the support guy and he says that it isn't possible anymore since october 2016.. sorry for the inconvenience.

Even if it is true I would still like to change it, since your menu gives me the option to, which misleads me into thinking it was possible all this time. And your faq states that it is allowed.

Would love to hear a solution. And let it be clearly stated in the menu of the software and your website.

Edit: And october 2016 is strange, since I changed it 23 june 2017.

You cannot change your screenname, the option is there because players were allowed one final name change last year, it seems you used that final name change already if you did it 6 months ago.

It seems like it yes. Still their website says: "You will be able edit your screen name once every 180 days." and not : "You will be able edit your screen name one last time and never again."

The last time I changed my screenname to Player5 and it was a bad idea, because in many cases party thinks I am at the table.

It's not me sitting at the table, it's a random player with a pseudonym Player5. But I have the 'Sit out next big blind' checkbox there, and I haven't the 'Join Table' button and thus I can not sit at this table, although there is a free place.
Also, the party client saves handhistory files for this table, although I'm not there.
In addition, several other strange things are happening.

I believe that such nicknames (Player1, Player2, etc.) should not be allowed and party must allow me to change the nickname one more time.

Party_Rep, can you help me with this?

Also there is 'Fold to any bet' checkbox, if Player5 in blinds



It's good that I do not see his cards and 'Fold to any bet' doesn't work, otherwise it would be even more fun.

I opted-in and took part in the promo at the very beginning of the day and tickets we're going fast. At a guess (I could be wrong), I would say you tried to opt-in too late in the day.

There are only a certain amount of cards available per day and once they have been issued, it states that the promo is over for that day. That means that some players are likely to miss out depending on when they log-in and how many cards are still available at that time.

I just had a look and indeed all the cards have gone, which could possibly be the reason why your getting the message you are, despite that message not accurately portraying the real reason your unable to take part (which is being too late, rather than actually being ineligible).

This promotion runs daily, from 25th December 2016 until January 5th 2017 - from 00.00 CET to 23.59 CET. - (a new promo day starts in just over 2hrs from now).
