You run these promos, which are really good, but then you do **** like run maintenence while they're going on, and you don't fix the bugs like the FF pool going from 3h to 6h, or the fact that when I have 92o in the BB and click "fold" and then utg opens it waits until it's my turn before it automatically folds, all the stuff that has been posted itt over and over again for months. Not to mention this 50ff pool is riddled with bots.

The good things you do are being far outweighed by the bad things that already exist.

The info in the promo page on the website was always correct as were our T&Cs
There was a small issue with the info on the promo page in client, found in the lobby - this was updated as soon as it was spotted and changed to show the relevant dates

To be clear - the promo page on the website NEVER stated the 31st December

The lobby promo page actually said the 31st JAN - which was an error and was removed and updated

The info you provide above is indeed incorrect - can you please provide the link to where you have seen this online?

Hi,

I was playing the last level of the Main event day 1A (5min left or smth) and all the sudden there is a message saying that I have been disconnected (even though my connection is working perfectly fine) then after 3 minutes the table closed. I contacted the support and they said the tournament has been cancelled.
How can you cancel a tournament 5 min before day 2 ? I still see the reg open for day 1A of today so is it still running or the main event has been cancelled completely ?

I will check their stats and look how similiar they are.
I am always suspiscious of players/bots who only play 100bb deep,so if they double up they sitout and join again with 100bb.could be programed like this so avoid playing too deep.

there are some players which are always online,I suspect them because their stats are so similiar:TorcheRais,LivinLegend,NLRepititor-just a suspicion,not certain of course.

I played for 16 hours today,became 2. in the promo by 1 point because I mistook gmt for cet.Also lost about 30 buyins in the process.
But still a very nice promotion.

Bring back happy hour permanently!!!

I don't think Torchraise is, but the other two definitely are. Some of them are just insanely obvious. I'm tempted to add B_O_S_S__ to my list given some of the hands I've played w him, but I know he plays on Stars so maybe he isn't.

Either way it's a total **** show and I'm slowly seeing just how bad the situation is on Party. Worst part is they literally do not give a ****.

The games are so infested with players from eastern Europe (mostly Russia but also players from Belarus, Ukraine and Poland). The games do not feel safe anymore. Is there any poker site around that dont allow players from these countries to play?

Today's promo has been running for 3 hours and one guy is almost 2 hours worth of grinding ahead of everyone else, is there a way that that's somehow possible or is he obviously playing >4 tables?

Here my stats on the players mentioned above in the order of 1k hands per player in my db.

Some players obviously are using some kind of similar strategy (could be Bots or something telling them what to do so their gameplays end up being identical)

You can find Live support link once you click on the specific subject - the link can be found at the bottom of the page
CS will be able to advise regarding currency change for accounts
