Can you shed light on *proactive* measures you take to detect cash game bots, and how you think these measures compare to Pokerstars?

You will not get an answer. She has been asked a dozen times. It is not her area of expertise. As it seems on the tables, it’s not securities are of expertise either.

As the Party rep she can find out though right, isn't that mostly the point of this thread?

Party (and Pads etc): Your cash games are awash with bots. I don't believe you're incompetent enough that you don't know this, so you must think it in your interests to not proactively go after them (see Pad's previous posts about prioritising liquidity).

I put it to you this is at best corrupt, scummy behaviour, and at worst possibly in breach of your licensing agreement.

If you can't show how you proactively detect and ban bots (I can think of half a dozen ways off the top of my head that are clearly not being utilised) then people should 100% not play on your site.

Isn't there a major software update set to drop on the 28th? I say this because any software updates causes the bots to stop playing for 3-4 days before they're back online. Hopefully this time party will actually make a note of who drops out and they investigate those accounts.

You really think it's a good idea to tell how they are detecting the bots? And tbh whatever that is they are doing they are doing it pretty poorly.

It's a semi-rhetorical question. My guess is that they don't do anything, and this should be known to people.

This is been pretty obvious for a long time dude. Party poker does not protect poker games adequately. Party poker staff employed in game integrity have made accounts on two plus two to try and get players to give them info on bots because they don’t know. They are not professional at there job, they hire cheap uneducated poker staff, understaffed cheap labour not equipped to handle the sophistication of the motivated cheaters. Only play with money you can afford to have stolen. This is liken to having parking lot attendants bodyguarding the president. There idea of much improved support is hiring more staff to send a half hour faster template two days later and having 5 minute initial response template.

It couldn’t be more ovbious the FF games here are oveerun with bots and cheats, and the hero games are probably filled with hand history sharers and bots also.

I have spoken with the security team and they are unwilling to share measures taken to detect BOTs on open forums such as 2+2

Our detection techniques have recently undergone many improvements - we have increased the team numbers and will continue to grow our Risk and Fraud team with the aim to eradicate such behaviour
Further software measures will be put in place shortly and we continue to take a zero-tolerance stance on such behaviour on our site

Thanks

Colette

micros prolly safe, 30$+ prolly not. It's no secret that all husng cartels were offered a real-time gto assistance program some time ago. while they most likely wont risk using it in stars, they sure will on all the other sites.
