Thanks Colette - xtinaaguilera

If I have actually already received it and am just being stupid I'd really appreciate a PM instead of a reply in this thread

i thought a few weeks ago i hadn't been paid, it was only like $10 so i didn't bother making a big fuss about it. is there amyway to check if payments are put in other than tracking balance?

Yes, you can check by doing the following:

If you open the Poker client, there is a little 'down triangle shape' next to where your avatar/username is (at the top, to the left of your 'cashback' tracking).

Click on that and it brings up a small drop down menu with options such as 'My Account, rewards, missions' etc...

Click on 'My Account'.

Now click on 'My statements'.

In here you will be able to see a transaction list of money spent and money earn't, along with the date and time of each transaction.

Weekly RB shows up as 'Weekly cashback' on this list.

2 weeks and still ongoing. Wrote another email today and got the usual response - investigation still ongoing, while the accounts play on as if it's nothing (well, one of the accounts hasn't played for a couple days, probably managed to cash out based on how competent the people responsible seem to be).
Anyone with a sharkscope account spending 10 minutes would see they are related + are bots, how does it take Party over 2 weeks while they are at all times able to observe as well?

Let them investigate instead of bombarding them with emails

I've let them "investigate" (by sending just 1 email + follow up of Colette) 3 months ago already when I reported 3 other accounts. Result of that was they kept them playing for several weeks after, one of them is playing as of today (switched from DoNs to HU hyper though).
Those 3 accounts that I reported 3 months ago were using the same "equipment" (ranges, game selection etc.) as the ones of my current report (which includes 4 accounts in total). They could be taking all time they want with investigating, I don't mind, however they should prevent those accounts from playing in the meantime, there are enough red flags to justify it, from a completely objective point of view.
I'm not someone bombarding a support or whatever for no reason, however over 2 weeks have passed and there is no progress at all within 2 weeks, despite Colette having followed up with support twice during that time.

Regarding your original post which stated usernames - one user has passed all the tests so far and is active - the team have spoken with him and have no issues with continuing to let him play

The other is currently blocked as he has ignored our contact attempts and looks suspicious

The remaining accounts have also passed relevant tests and spoken with the Risk team directly

You can rest assured we have investigated the accounts and have taken relevant actions when evidence proved negative

Should you wish to follow up you can contact the Risk team directly and share your concerns - collusion@partypoker.com

Has there been a change to the HUPLO lobby. At .5/1 there are currently 3 occupied tables and no new ones being re-generated. HUNL has tables generating at the same stake when there are 11 occupied tables and 1 active one.

Thanks - just had a look and seems ok this end

Is this still the issue or has it maybe taking a little time to update?

It stayed that way for a good hour, but now it seems to be back to normal. Perhaps it was an issue on my end, thanks.

Well they did not do their job well then! I know which account is human (I did write that to them as follow up as well), he did show similar tendencies but is totally different to those other accounts. I also am aware what account is currently locked, however it's not hard at all to see the other accounts who apparently are clean do exactly the same - same game selection and exactly the same play in different situations (which is far from standard, absolutely aggro). The team should also have seen that those accounts never reg the same games, despite registering a weird mix of $1.10-$5.50 6max DoNs.
The fact that those account holders replied is proof enough? That's a very very weak reasoning for that many red flags.
However, I know there is not much you can do so I will keep talking to those responsible, however if I was allowed to share those screennames here people woule agree with me solely by taking 10 minutes of their time sharkscoping them, without ever having played a single hand with them.

Even if you follow PP's social media they say the random happy hour 10 minutes before it's time.. doesn't seem like enough time in my opinion

When the team contact the player in question they take them through a process which helps prove them innocent if this is the case
I will not share details of this process on these pages- sorry

I will keep talking to those responsible - to whom are you referring?
I can assure you the details were shared and reviewed by the best placed people- our Fraud and Risk team - they are responsible for the investigation and final decision
I shared all information you provided and the team also looked into the accounts themselves - a full investigation was completed

There is no issue with sharing the screen names should you so wish - this is an open forum and the decision to share is yours - however please be advised your suspicions could raise retaliation from the players

The Happy Hour is a social promotion for our active followers hence the short lack of notice - if players are online they will benefit
Personally I see no issue with it however will share your feedback

Late registration closes once the first prize pays out - so it paid 8th then would have closed with 7 players remaining

Hi,

Yesterday I played a few hands in the 200nlz pool, but there were only a few players in there. When there were for example 10 or 11 players we were getting a descent amount of hands, because we got 3 and 4 handed tables. However once we hit 12 it was very slow because it makes 2 6max tables instead of 4 3max or 3 4max tables. I suggest to not make 6max tables up to something like 24,30 or even 36 players.

Hello, I wanted to know some information because the support takes very long. My English is not the best, but I hope you will understand me. I will tell you my situation:

The last time I played on the partypoker was October 21st, and there was 600$ dollars plus tickets in my account, which was gone mysterious the next day (balance 0$). I immediately informed the support who locked my user. After three weeks waiting, they finally contacted me on the phone and asked questions, the answers I already mentioned in my first letters to them. The strangest question was, what is the issue? Although I repeated several times that I was not logged in and did not play on October 22 (the user was stolen), when my money was gone, I indicated the IP address from which I was playing last time (i haven't used differents ip for a month (i use 2 ip because there are 2 routers in my house)). As support explained to me, the money was lost in different omaha cash games. It's a little strange when support takes this to solve after 3 weeks, when money can be lost and purged through other users. They said they would contact me again, but I'm already losing hope because their answers need to wait very long. I also checked my computer with different antivirus, it did not find anything suspicious, and the other data was neither stolen nor used. It's a little strange when you use partypoker services for 6 years, but after 3 weeks they answer the same questions as I answered in the first letters. I also reported that on the 22nd day I did not use the user, so it would be important to check what ip and who was losing that money. I could not even play on the 22nd day, because when I joined in the evening my money there was no more.Without paying attention to it my main question: is there any chance of getting my money back in this situation?
