Hello!

Apologies if this has already been discussed or addressed previously, I couldn't find anything with the (limited) search I tried.

Just curious as to the choices behind the buy in levels for the 3 handed Sit & Go Hero games? The buy in ranges for the 4-handed games (with the bounties) seems structured and logical ($1, $5, $10 and $20), but the current 3 handed games (no bounties) go from $3, $10 (no cash, ticket prizes), $50 and $100. Not great choices if you're looking to grind these and you're not quite at the dizzy heights of a $50 regular.

I realise Party are eager to plug their own brand of these games in the 4-handed bounty version, but these are not to everybody's taste. Are there any plans to review the buy in levels for the 3-handed games, perhaps to mirror the 4-handed games? Seems like a little bit of a missed opportunity to take some traffic from Stars considering the much better rakeback system available.

They moved to 3 handed because of traffic and some player feedback. 4 handed was better overall and had more recreationals so I hope they change it back.
Also 3 handed plays faster but with the same rake so better revenue model.

edit: Having 4 handed bounty without an ante is pretty dumb tho. If you're creating action with bounty then throw in antes as well.

I was suspicious too, that the poker room himself was behind the russian sng botnet.
At one time i report the russian botnet on the sng tables. The accounts disappeared and new ones started playing. How is a person or group able to open so many new accounts and able to cash out with them, without party noticing it?

Will there be a Rake race for normal tables? fast forward doesn't run for PLO so like always PLO misses out on the promo's.

Hello,

My username is Wisdompearl and a few hours ago I've won a 215$ ticket to one of the tourneys, but I was already playing the tourney that I won the ticket to. I was thinking that I will use the ticket next day, but literally 2hours later it disappeared from my list of tourney tickets. It says that the ticket is inactive and will expire in less than 24hours and I am unable to use it. Can you please explain how does this work? I would like to use that ticket or at least get the money back for it.

"Multiple tickets will be exchanged post series as long as tickets have been used in the first instance to play the target events
If you play the events listed - extra tickets will be changed for T$ once all powerfest events have been completed"

This answer made it clear, but could you clarify whether any additional actions are required from me to convert my remaining ticket to T $?
Or will this happen completely automatically?

Can anyone provide info on the rake taken at 100nl fast forward as well as 100nl and 200nl regular tables? All nlhe. If anyone is willing to go the distance im also looking to compare to 100z/200z on stars. Any help is appreciated, thanks!

Hi Party Rep

I deposited using Master card(debit card not credit) few days ago, when I tried to cash out to same method it doesn't allow me says I must deposit first. I contacted live support and they apologized and raised query to the technical team. I got response saying I have opted for 3d secure method and not verfied it. I replied saying I was not sure what they are talking about, got response back saying it was miscommunication. However I wouldn't be allowed to cashout to the card I deposited from without any reason. I am trying to figure out what the reason could be. any help would be appriciated.

i have a serious concern with Pp. i been trying to look everywhere on the site for the RNG certificate and i have only found 1 from 2005.. pretty outdated if you ask me.

then on that same page shows this broken link to ''itechlabs'' pdf:

then when i ask the ''support'' ppl they seem pretty lazy and not willing to work for you.

Customer service are best placed to deal with issue regarding finance - deposits/withdrawals etc

We are however regulated annually, should the regulator have any issues the certificate is revoked
We have been online since 2001 - I am unaware of any company publishing a new certificate each year

Should you feel its necessary please do feel free to contact the 3rd party auditor directly and they will help address your concerns

Regarding the chat - the CS agent is correct - we would be unaware of any ongoing checks
These are conducted regularly and randomly

Colette - could you give a little more detailed insight on upcoming software changes? I'm aware they are planned to be rolled out "by the end of the year", but will there be one big change sometime this year or several (smaller) updates to come during the rest of the year? If the latter, are there approx. timeframes on when updates are gonna be rolled out?
I remember a couple months ago there were talks about a completely new software, last time you replied to someone about software you mentioned " changes\improvements" iirc., could you give a little more info on that too please?
Lastly - are Double or Nothing SNGs going to stay in your offerings of 2018+ or is there (even a slight) idea of removing them?

What misery it must be to be a customer service agent and have to deal with these temper tantrums. Did you ever consider the live chat may be in a different office working in a different time zone and could not easily go running around trying to find that. They asked you to call or email, if you don’t feel safe or don’t like their response why not just quit playing the site until you find the response you want. Why act rude at someone just doing their job that neither owns the company nor makes it decisions, or profits immensly from it.
