Im sorry if this has been already proposed, I seriously hope it was, but just in case, DO SOMETHING WITH THE TIMEBANKS AT FASTFORWARD tables!!!! IT has already cost me hundreds if not thousands in equity with typing in a bet otr w nuts. Im freakin triggered atm, come on guys, seriously.

This happens to me sometimes too but I don't want them to actually change anything to negatively impact Hands per hour. I also don't think this is actually an issue, it's just that they only allow so much time per decision and you want more. If you're not already using partycaption I'd recommend becoming a power user it can help.

This is so tilting. Party been incapable for years of promptly cancelling and issuing refunds when an mtt bugs. This should be an immediate automatic process - whereby begging support or watching table in case it restarts for hours is not necessary!!

This is so basic come on sort this out please!

No it wouldnt actually negatively impact hands per hour, its not like youre in a spot where youre figuring out how much to bet or a difficult spot otr when youre contemplating calling every other hand. Just having 10-15 more seconds in the time bank will actually make the game more enjoyable while not affecting the speed of the games at all. Zoom works with 30 second time banks and the hand count is pretty much the same. Im 100% sure i had more timeouts now on party in 2 months than i had at zoom in the past 3-4 years.

This was changed sometime ago - then changed again due to player feedback
I dont believe the majority raise this as an issue so I cant see any changes being implemented anytime soon - sorry!

Can you please share a little more info?
To which tournament exactly are you referring too?

I am aware of some stuck/incomplete games in the lobby and tech are aware and working on it

We have many times issued refunds based on MTT status when cancelled I see no problem with the current procedure
If you can share your issue in more detail I will look into it

Thanks this has now been resolved (after a painstakingly long exchange with live chat support).

It was a powerfest $44 sat - didnt meet min no. of players and just bugged instead of cancel + refund. Still paused 24 hrs later - thankfully didnt hang around as play did not 'resume shortly'!

Not complaining about the refund procedure - its v good/ industry standard. But too often it is not implemented automatically when mtts bug and wasting considerable time going through 'my statements'/ playing history, trying to find said mtt ID and explaining situations to support can be pretty frustrating ...

I was playing FF NL100 just now,at this time of the day the playerpool is very small,suddenly everybody disappeared,just one reg/bot kept playing against me on 4 tables.

I found this very unsual and just wanted to sit out all tables,but I decided to do an experiment: I took the max timelimit for every decision,preflop and after.Yet this 'player' just kept on playing like everything is normal.

I mean think about it,you are alone in a pool and 4 table against another reg which takes 15-20 seconds for every preflop fold etc.
In my view this is nearly a prrof that is player is a bot,no human would put up with this.

I can name the player if this is allowed.

Couple of things:

1) I was playing FF and somehow lost connection and the hands that I was playing could not import to my database correctly. Is it possible to request them to support or are they gone forever?

2) Any plans on dealing with shortstackers in FF?

Well you are aware of issues because they are telling you there are.

This rhetoric is also used by Party Poker when describing the never ending bots infesting game types. What issues? Tell us so nothing can be done. Just keep collecting rake offering the bare minimums you can get away with for as long as the games tread water

I can login now, but Promotions and Tournament Tickets sections doesn't load/very slow. Maybe it is related with Lithuania government IP blocking as it seems Login problem is solved today, but other sections not yet...
