You mean about fees? OK thx, I will look at it.
What about my question about (re)opening my account? I had one I assume nearly 10 years ago and now I dont remember pass, nick, etc. I am not sure if my account is still active or deleted? So, how can I (re)open an account on PartyPoker?

I do agree party security is doing a very bad job regarding this stuff. Some weeks ago I complained heavily about bots at micro\lowstakes DoNs and it took several weeks for all accounts to be gone at the end. I don't even know if the accounts got banned or if they just cashed out & stopped. I think when reporting the least I could expect is an update. No refunds have been given either. I probably was up in games vs. these accounts, however I think I should get a compensation solely because I did work party security should have easily been able to do themselves (plus obv. bots lower edges).

His sn is "inheadphones". There are several accounts i also suspect are bots mostly Russian. They all have similar stats: over 50% button steal, ridiculously high resteal percentage, 2/3 or more cbet sizing, they are raise/folding a lot with less than 10bb even on bubble and have mostly small or breakevenish ROI.

I don't really mind playing them as they are easily exploitable and they don't take a lot of money out of the system, but I'm against any sort of cheating or foul play.

The question is also how could a bot called me down with 6 high, was he aware of my holdings or what?

What you talk about is exactly what the bots I reported played like - ridiculously high steal % (even in unnecessary situations when even the most stupid human being would deem it unnecessary), overall very aggro, very marginal ROI, all russians, relativly high cbet sizing, r\f under 10bb....
Also very rare but catastrophal plays like shoving T6o on the bubble for 14bbs etc., kinda like the 6 high call in this example.

A 'bot' calling down with 6h in that spot, won't be a winning bot (Unless it's a super user bot playing $11 sng's.... likely

If you have a EUR or USD bank, you'll be fine.

The withdrawal issue is when you use other currencies because they let you deposit in foreign currencies, but then only let you withdraw in EUR and USD (or visa foreign currency), which requires their approx 2.5% exchange rate fee plus the fee of your bank for receiving foreign currency.

The SNG bots on party are far from flawless, it can simply be a failure in programming. I don't think it's a superuser of any kind. Any superuser would have shoved river.

Seriously, whenever I play NL100 ff the player 'livinLEGEND' is there.
It feels like he is playing 24/7.

There's definitely bots in the 6 max STT. All play same style. All from Russia and Belarus and some Ukrainian. Party don't care about Eastern European bots.

Yeah, I've seen them shove like 15bb effect from CO with complete garbage, but will mostly have above average holdings when they have limited preflop fold equity especially against regs.
I agree, a super user would definitely shoved the river there with 6 high, looks like a failure in programming or something.

You say you reported these players, was this long ago? Looks like party doesn't care about this issue. If they banned these accounts these sng's would probably stop running as there wouldn't be enough traffic.

I was reporting a ring of bots playing (solely) $1.10-$5.50 6max DoNs, 4 accounts in total. They never played a single game with each other, they had a schedule of always 1 account regging games. They also had similarities in terms of volume and, like I said, all 4 accounts regged the same kind of games. I reported all 4 accounts, 2 of them were banned within a few days, 2 others kept playing on for several weeks. I had sent 3 or 4 emails and have made multiple posts about the issue in this thread before proper actions were taken.
I'm not sure about other formats, but I wouldn't be surprised at all if they also had quite a few bots.
Fullring DoNs the % of bots is even worse IMO, however the bots I suspect there are playing super duper tight (like 8\6 overall). There are a few "regs" who play this exact nitstyle though. I just can't believe there would be so many guys regging games for 4-5 hours per evening barely breakevening, and especially seeing fullring DoNs don't run with "that" large volume it should normally be mandatory for security to spot something like this by themselves.

It should be mandatory indeed for these sites security to spot something like this. If all the players at 9-man sng's i suspect are bots would be banned half the player pool would be missing.

If these are reported they will be looked into - I can assure you any claims via this forum or PM to myself are sent to the relevant teams for review

Its not possible to provide updates regarding specific accounts due to data confidentiality - also sometimes within a claimed group of suspect accounts some are found to pass all checks and be innocent

To say "party dont care" is a little unfair

Steps are in place to improve current procedures regarding these suspect accounts and the team has been increased
Our focus with these teams is to improve and reduce complaints and accounts playing on the system

Spot checks are in place and as per above we have expanded the Risk/Fraud teams to improve procedures etc

Thanks

Im using partycaption. Does anyone have these issues? This happens every single time when playing on partypoker. It sort of freezes and then you cannot click on fold call or bet with the mouse. So if not hotkeys are turned on, you basically cannot do anything.
Yes i and prob everyone have exactly the same problem. For some reason party poker uses all resources when playing 10 tables+. So then the freezing begins and it becomes unplayable without partycaption. The lobby freezes so yeah only way to quickly refresh the lobby is ctr alt delete. In this thread was said it's high on the priority list to fix this. So let's hope there will be some major improvements.

Lol This just happened playing a DON. I'm In the BB and SB raise folds off 3bb in the sb. He's also playing a 33/30 ish style with high steal% etc. Things like these are pretty obvious of a bot with faults in it's setting. This is just a extreme example but there at least a dozen of these kind of players playing similair stats and doing the same kind of weird ****.

Looks like there's some glitchy bots flooding party poker sng's. Better start cleaning up before this gets out of control party and while you're at it start improving the clients functionality, security, user interface and user experience in general. Even though i respect what party has done recently to try and compete with pokerstars, very little it seems has been done in that direction if anything at all.

It's good to hear PP hired more security, however it's only worth it if they ACTIVELY look for these accounts. It seems the current security system is to wait for player complaint and then in some cases do something about it. There is no reason for players with limited info finding more bots than security. It's hard enough playing poker, watching youtube and grinding tinder, I can't be looking for bots

Hi, I won CPP 22$ ticket last sunday but its inactive and expires 17 september. Looks like partypoker changed CPP steps so I cant use that ticket anymore. Is it possible to get that 22$ ticket on tournament dollars so it doesn't go to waste? My table alias is FeeltheBiit, thanks in advance.

You have to play with a laptop and take it to the toilet. Or play from the toilet.
