hey guys had a quick question about HUDS. so got my HUD to display but for the cash games it shoots to the alternative HUD for some reason. Im thinking this has to do with anonymous players, although after two hands they are not anon anymore. I dont know why this is happening, is this standard for partypoker cash games? Whats most weird is I can click the hud and names and all stats are displayed normally but within one hand it reverts to only showing a few hands and that alternative HUD. please help if can, and the replies are truly appreciated no lie! TY

Promo started 17th of April. Only 19 full days have passed if we count until yesterday. Today (saturday, the 6th of May) is when you would make your 20th day.

yes, i think they change the promo time zone a week or so ago after an update.

the promo is 100% over, i cant see the screen and received my cash but only for 15 days not for 20

support confirmed its over

Did you ask support how you can make 20x400PP if the promo only ran for 19 days?

With regards to the recent Gladiator promotion please accept our apologies from the teams for the error resulting in the promo ending prematurely for some players - some only had a 19 day time frame when the promo should have ran for 20
Please do count today as within the time frame and aim to meet your target

The team are working on a manual resolution and we will review game play requirements and award prizes as applicable on a player by player basis

We accept full responsibility and I do understand this is frustrating - however please do allow us sometime to complete the manual process
We will review how the error was made and the time frame issues and ensure these are fully resolved before re running the promotion

I'm content with the prize that the Gladiator page in the poker client has awarded me with, basing on the CEST clock. Do I take it right that I'm guaranteed to get this prize even though I wouldn't qualify if the EST clock were used (on some nights, I deliberately played both before and after the CEST midnight so that the points were split between the 2 days)? I.e. does the manual resolution apply only to those who actually complain to the support?

is it possible to get rid of those annoying "Message from Bwin.com"-Popups?



I have
- disabled show pop-up (jackpot, speed table)
and
- enabled turn off table announcement dialog
under table options.

But that doesn't help.
Any tips?

*facepalm* geez my bad, I am using HEM 2. Its not prohibited is it ? I just found it kind of weird it didnt work, as the same hud and setup is working on all the other 4-5 other websites. If anybody could shed some light on it, again would be greatly appreciated

Party's HHs are anonymized, which means that they are recorded with only your own nick showing, and the rest of the players' nicks appear as player1, player2... even though you can see their nicknames while playing.

It doesn't matter which tracker you use, you can't get a regular HUD at the tables because you don't get regular hand histories from the client, unless you use some other 3rd party software which they say the don't allow.

That's the way the run things.

Okay let me see if I got this then. I can use the HEM2 as its not prohibited, but basically its not really gonna work? Seems like a weird system and I dont really comprehend it as after a few hands we do in fact get to see the nicknames. I just dont wanna break TOS over something like this, but I also did want to use a HUD too. btw thanks for all the help much appreciated

So I found the ticket when I changed the filters to show inactive tickets and it was there but what is the point of having a promo and giving away tickets if they can't be used?

I think its an oversight and the tickets should have been removed/updated as the event is well underway

Whats the username please and I will replace with a generic ticket you can use for Powerseries or Powerfest?

I am sorry but yesterday i stopped grinding after support told me the promo is over. However i feel like i am owned 200$ more for 20 days x 400 points instead of 500$ i got.

How can i know how many points i done yesterday and of course i stopped grinding after i received the cash for promo with 1 day missing and support clearly stated that the promo is over.

Yea I've had a lot of bugs with SNG hero. Seems to completely crash during minor disconnects also. I'm not sure if it's RAM usage or what - I would say on faster laptops there is less of an issue.
