I have now 5 k points silver vip and no hope on getting gold vip.
I'm cash player i don't have played tournies or sng:s in 8 years, playing mostly plo8, not much action in that on party. Definitely ev minus to play sng.

I was saving points to get platinum one day when I have enough time/confidence to grind it.

Now i feel like i have been robbed. why in the name god the change did not happen like in pokerstars where that your points converted in new format ?

This is like that the board members who don't know anything about the poker itself, just wanted to **** and stress players because it is so nice to have new vip system.

Or it has more sinister fibe: to flush players who have saved points or not played very actively lately. To deny their equity on the vip points.

The new loyalty program is nothing short of a money grab by PartyPoker. Think of allllllllllll the accounts that have like 300pts or less in them. All of those points will expire, and Party pocket what those points could've been worth.

Let's be honest, if there was a shred of decency from this company the points would automatically be changed into money at a rate of 23% or whatever, but that would defeat the purpose of Party trying to make a little extra cash...

tons of people in similar situation as me, i have 980 points(yeah 20points missing for the bonus) left over and i refuse to deposit a single cent on party until they fix the uneven field and stop adding their own serbian bots to the pool.

im running 5bb under ev for the past 400k hands on party, im not taking a chance of going into a downswing against bots and house players for a couple bucks

Having troubles with PT4 not showing the HUD in the same seat on all 8max tables, namely bottom of the table 2nd from the left.

Players in that seat are showing in the hand details, but no HUD.

So Ive put myself in the HUDless seat, but would prefer it to work for every seat.

Worst thing party has done tho was that free spins promo from last week. You had to wager 20 times the amount won within 24 hours to keep the money.

So if you won 100 bucks you'd have to gamble an incredible $2000 just to keep the money!

May I suggest the discounted items in the "going out of business " points store sale be valid for longer than 30 days for non cash items (discounts on $200 and $500 cash would be steller)

Hopefully the store can handle the volume of all the redemptions on the 22nd

Are they expiring at 00:00 on the 22nd or 11:59 ?
I would also kindly suggest having the loyalty progamme end at 11:59 pm on the 22nd, otherwise all the points from tourneys played past midnight on the finale day of Powerfest will be lost

How long does it take to process ID on pp, I emailed my docs 9 days ago then they asked me to resend better images last Wednesday which I did straight away that morning and yet 7 days later they still haven't allowed me to withdraw any funds (I've sent clear copies of both sides of my drivers licence and copies of my visa and Medibank cards) and when I live chatted with them all they said is I have to wait for an email from their security team

Sometimes it's fast sometimes it's not , you just have to wait . You will get your money eventually .

Yeah, I had to resend my docs in order to unlock player transfers. Been waiting about 7 days so far...
