Well, maybe they autositin, but its not a big problem when they dont know the player if its a reg or rec. And sometimes I think its a innicent player who autoaccept the waitinglistfilters when for example 2 players sitting at a table they sit in.

I dont think we need to highlight this to much when the games are better than ever and most scripters are gone. If Party thinks this is a huge problem we end up with anonuomus tables. But maybe I am wrong. I dont have problems at 600 and 1000tables anyway.

You don't see how it's a big problem that all the players with the best seating scripts get first crack at a new player joining a table and those players without banned seating scripts only get a crack at this new player if the seat scriptors don't need the table and decide to decline their automatic seat?

And from my experience, NL600 and NL1000 are the limits most heavily infested with seat scriptors...

Hi, is anyone having an issue with opting in to the $400 Daily Shot today?

Everytime I opt it, then go on the Promotions page, it asks me to opt in again.

Has worked fine for previous 3 days.

Although these tournaments have had overlays a lot they are a fantastic schedule so i hope you dont get rid of them. Fingers crossed that people notice how great they are and they gain more entrants but even if not i hope you consider just reducing the guarantees instead of deciding to change everything again... This is finally a decent schedule on Party and ive literally shifted all of my 888 action over to Party because of them. Thanks for the good work

Had same issue earlier. When I just tried opting in, it finally worked.

If the opt-in doesn't work, just play. If it still doesn't work when you've quit, email support or live chat and they'll add your money manually

some affiliates are advertising on their websites that it is possible and legit to open a new account (if your old one is inactive for >180days):

" ... Party have allowed us to let old accounts create new ones under different details. You should not have any issues with this. If you do however, all you need to do is let us know your details and we will sort it for you no problem."

Can you confirm that they really do have the permission? Is it safe to use such an offer?

Am I right in thinking that seating scripts are now banned on the Party network, or did I imagine it?

I would like to know, if PartyCaption software is still allowed or if it's banned now, because I just read something about players being banned from partypoker. The reason might be Partycaption, but nobody knows.
Could you please clear things up? (I'm new to Partypoker and I would like to use it, but I'm not sure anymore, if it's still within the T&C, after reading about the bans)

I would like to hear a final official statement here from partypoker (at least till we get a new official statement about being banned/ being allowed), to be sure that the usage of this software is allowed, so nobody will be banned and/or get their funds seized.
I don't want to lose money, due to bad communication, because there is nothing written about allowed/prohibited third party software.
Making a list would help a lot + keeping that list updated and letting players know about changes.
but more important is, to not ban people for using software, which was allowed by official partypoker reps.

same goes for seating scripts. see post above. are they banned now or not?

I can confirm it is indeed a legit offer - any account inactive for more than 6 months can open a new account as per the above affiliate offer -any previous accounts will be permanently closed to prevent duplication's and players will again have to provide ID and verify new accounts.

Seating scripts are indeed banned and players found to be using any such scripts will have accounts closed permanently

same here, I opted in yesterday but today my points from yesterday are still there and obviously did not count towards the dailyshot promotion.

btw. Where exactly can I see and verify the transactions of the dailyshot promotions into my account?
