I started recently playing on partypoker and am having a great experience so far.

I was wondering what people recommend is the most efficient use of the partypoker points? I am gold royalty level at the moment, is it best to just outright buy the cash or are there some tickets that's of better worth?

If you play tournaments, the tickets might offer better value. I play cash games so I just buy cash.

Thats good, Colette. But there is a lot of bots still there. They should do mechanism to fast identify and ban them. As you can see they may not have similar nicknames right now but still exist. Please ask your teams to look deeper into this problem. Thank you.

For the mission 'Final hands' is omaha supposed to count towards the hands? Because it did for 'win with a pair at showdown' but it hasnt for any of the others.

Why can I only see the names of new players on cash tables and the rest is player1 / player2 ect ? Is everybody semi anonymous now ? What a strange new feature.

The team have been aware of the issue and we thought we had removed them in full - however it appears they have again created new accounts this weekend
Our Tech and Fraud team are now putting new measures in place to prevent this happening again and all accounts will be closed

When you reveal the card - you then need to go to Reward > Bonus and Claim the ticket
There was a small issue with the functionality last night however this has now been resolved in full and you can now use the ticket.

The promo tab on the website is being updated
If you log in to partypoker you can view this in Rewards > Promotions
The Winter Winners will have all the details and relevant links to view promo info
