Imo indeed bad advice, if he wants to withdrawl, he will have to send his passport, they see he does not have an official french or spanish one, and they won't pay out, would you take the risk? You can try, but don't be surprised if they keep your money.

Watch out playing with vpn's, if you make decent money they won't pay out, I read a forum post few weeks ago a pro pokerstars player who lost a few 100 k(on this website, check forum) because of this, and he was forbidden to play certain live events also(think some wsop or ept).

Maby on party/bwin or ipoker network it's different, but on PS, you can say goodbye to your money, you can try, but don't be surprised if they don't payout and block your account.

Of course some players do it, and get away with it, but probably use certain machines that are almost undetectable, but like the pro on PS, he also had 'undetectable' device, and he was screwed.

Pokerstars software can check everyting, every program/process you run, every website you open, and also they way you open it. Maby bwin is not so advanced. But i used to use proxys myself, because of connection problems on ipoker, and i only was able to connect to room with proxy from other country, every time i did it, they locked my account, and had to do a reset of password with helpdesk. Also when i used those proxys on party/bwin, client woudn't connect and i think i got message that i was playing from country without license.

Vpn are completly different thing, but it always leaves a trail , only depends if software client can trace it.

Maby u can contact bwin/party your self in advance, and explain the situation, you can also do this anomynous with email they don't know, just to be certain and don't get problems asking it If you do, and they respond, you always can tell us the answer they send you

Thats the second step they have yet to release. Along with it will be some other good changes to fix this table sitting fun. They've yet to set or tell us of a date but I'd imagine in a few weeks.

This is never based on citizenship, but on residency.

Residents of Belgium are indeed not allowed to play on non-.BE sites. The same is not true for the UK; neither the UKGC nor Arjel (French regulator) object to UK residents playing on .FR sites.

However, both the UKGC and Arjel would want to apply their version of gaming tax on those players' revenue which is why some/most/all sites might not allow UK residents to play on their .FR site.

If a UK citizen moves to France or Spain and establishes residency there, they should be able to set up an account on local sites, but before doing so they should certainly check with the site whether they will be able to comply with all verification requirements, particularly if they are only living in that country temporarily.

must be something broken on your end, no issues here. i have no clue what HHreplayer+link means but if you were refering to the missions>hand history tab its still working for me.

Sorry, I am in middle of a session... - the replayer acutally works fine, in the right top corner of the table, there is a link to text HH (next to the replyer button) and it does not work.

Really really lame you guys took away the $11 2k (and other mtts). I like your guys boxing series lineup but you guys keep taking away other mtts. If there is overlay just make the gtd 1.5k instead of taking it away

And as they locked my account automaticly, i should give my phone number so they can call me back in an half hour.. but nothing happens. i become desperate and angry. can anyone help.
