Sounds good but I hope you are putting out a reasonable rake on these. I still see that all of your SNGs are way overpriced (sometimes more than 10% rake) and thats the reason why nothing is running. If you put jackpots with 5% rake up the players will come from other sites.

Partyrep, can you tell me how some headsup players are able to sitout the second I sit at their table, not posting a blind, and not getting booted from the tables but instead having the table closed after 5 minutes?

I'm not her but I can answer to you that you can use your HUD as long as its programmers make an upgrade to adjust for the changes. Party isn't banning the use of HUDs. I don't think there is a date yet.

It's still possible. They said someday after PokerFest but as far as I know it has been postponed.

If you sit on a table and actually sit in but have "sit out next hand" checked than the stuff you describe happens.

Some of the third party tools will still be able to run alongside the software however partypoker does not officially support their use and cannot guarantee that they will work.

The date for the next part of our ecology changes has not been confirmed

She has mentioned it in this thread. Party is no longer supporting 3rd party software. They used to work with HEM and PT but now they will not. But they are not banning them either. So her statement basically says they are not supporting anything but some things may still work. She doesn't know. It depends on that software developer.

My last feedback to your support:

I have like 2300 points left which I wanted to spend but no good status, because I play mostly other Sites since you downgraded the vip system. So I was really happy to see, that everbody can purchase tickets for the pokerfest, no matter which loyalty status.

But as mentioned in the thread, I couldn't purchase tickets, because there is an error in the premium client for my account. Server is always busy(now since 15 days)..so I wrote an e-mail to your support. After one mail back they realized, I maybe know how to purchase the tickets(only 1 in the basket per day)..and told me, they send it to the technical team and will contact me shortly. I also wrote, they could manually do this maybe(reduce the points and give the tickets I wanted..ok a bit optimistic). This was 8 days ago and I never get a response since then and the issue is still there. So tomorrow the pokerfest is ending and I still wasn't able to purchase any pokerfest ticket, I didn't get an answer and looks like nobody is responsible for that. what is this?
