I think it's not very productive to confirm or deny allegations in this manner. Player reports are important but if they aren't based on much but a feel then of course they shouldn't be taken too serious. Likewise a coach report like mine don't have too much power.
Poker Sites have to deal with a lot of non-sense requests as it is. If you think someone is not following the rules, make a good case for it. People being from the same country is not a good case. People knowing each other is even worse as pretty much all midstakes+ players know each other within 1-2 friendship hops.
I'm tired to repeat all the reasons, but being from the same country wasn't one of them. Anybody can just open a poker stars and 888 lobbies at pick times and count the number of finnish regs from mid- to high stakes.
You will find one, maybe two players, whereas on much smaller site party poker its always at least 4-5...
Without a hand history its basically impossible to bring any other factual proof for botting, colluding or advisers, other then some strange lines seeing in the game play with the players.
The fact u know/knew some of them doesn't exclude anything of the above.

You should only report if you have serious evidence of wrong doing. Otherwise you are causing harm.
Very nice formulated about poker sites investing resources, but unfortunately not true. Like in the case with oBorra, where despite a huge number of posts and emails poker stars let him play for 9 months..
Most cases of fraudulent behavior were discovered by players not poker sites and Party took with the hand history a very important tool to do that.
