Party Rep, why is the waiting list often times not working? I select PLO, stakes and want to add me to the global list and it just does nothing. Then out of sudden, it works.

Also, as mentioned the note taking does NOT work. I had a reg marked and had notes on him for like a month. Today, out of nowhere the color code I assigned to him is gone yet the notes are there. That's happening all the time. Why can't such a simple feature work in 2018?

Here also used to be instant until couple years ago. Dunno what happened but now is never faster than 12 hours.

They are just relying people to cancel the cashout and punt it back. And for some weird reason a few yers ago all the transfer from party started to come from partycasino instead of poker. I find that quite odd because I have asked to ban casino from my account and still I'm partycasinos customer for some reason.

I had that with my deposit's in past- email from partycasino ~"thank you for your deposit"

a little update. went on to play 4 tables on Party today. and on one of the tables the hud worked fine. i have no clue what do to here

@party_rep Please could you tell the developers to put the buyin of a tournament first in the tablecaption? Now its the type of tournament and ID. When playng multitables and have small tables you cant see what kind of tournament it is.

No further software release updates thus far and only 6 days now until the 'Monster Series' starts. Will the above still be implemented before the start of this series (with time allowed to fix any update issues) or has it changed and been delayed for some reason?

hello, any way possible to get my own hand histories played on partypoker for custom time peroid? i was asked support and they tell me this:

"We would like to unfortunately inform you that we do not provide hand history reports to player anymore.
However you can check your hand history from the drop down menu next to your avatar picture and then click on My account>Hand history"

in the "drop menu" is only cash game hands from a long time ago and zero tournament hands i can find there. so i dont think this is std. insteresting why you would not send requested HHs? may i ask what is the reason?
my computer had some problems and all my files gone from it, so thats why i need them.

I have been victim of the most obvious collision I have ever seen online. I tried live chat but they said they don t know what will happen or how much time it will take or whatever. I got a feeling that it may take a very long time, and I suspect these players know they will get caught an may try to chimp dump or cashout their rolls (it was a pot 2.5k at 10$ 25$) - they are not regs. I would love to know how to deal with this / what should I do. Should I just call gaming commission or whatever it is called? Should I just wait? I get a felling this will get messy, even if the HH is just insane and bout players are from the same country and there is 0% chance this is not collusion.

- How does the HEM2 HUD work in this? are all the cash tables anonymous or which are available with actual player names?

- On the anonymous tables can you take notes or put colors to the villains effectively?

I don’t play much on Party but have recently played some sattelite tourneys, the lobby’s or ticket structure to me is confusing. I wanted to play a 109 WPT sat but before it ran there was a 22 to a 109mtt ticket so I played it and won the ticket then I went to register for the 109 WPT sat and my 109 ticket will not work ? Anyways I used cash from my account for the 109WPT and decided to try to use the 109 to sat into a 530. Every time I registered for one of those games I get punted as there is not enough players now today my 109 ticket disappears. Perhaps the info is available somewhere on how these tickets work but it sure isn’t easy to find on a mobile device. I really feel my ticket should of worked in the original game I wanted to play and I think taking it away after a week when I actually did try registering for a second pick game that doesn’t seem to run is not fair. Is there anything that an be done Party Rep ? Thanks Brad

There are two sat trees - one for live events and one for online MTTs
The ticket you won was via the generic MTT sat tree, so will not work for Live events - only specific WPT or Live sats will work for the upcoming WPT event

All tickets are returned to the account if the game does not reach min player requirements to start
Also, all tickets, as stated in the lobby (Read More) and under ticket details have a 7 day expiry

On mobile, you can check all ticket details under My Tickets (right swipe on the left-hand side for the menu)
The ticket clearly shows an expiry date

Is there a way to extend the sit out period at ALL TABLES once or twice per session? I noticed that even if I just go to the toilet for a few mins, I am being kicked from most tables and then it won't even let me rejoin for X minutes. I understand, that you want to prevent bumhunting which is awesome.

However, let's say someone played for 1 or 2 hours straight X amount of tables, sitting out 5 minutes should be fine?

Just wondering if someone could help me by posting a screenshot of the two complete WPT500 Montreal Day 1A flights (and one more that ends after midnight Montreal time).

Just need to be able to see the total players and survivors, along with the usernames and chip counts from all the survivors.

1) 18 tables

2) Tables aren't actually anonymous, you will see player names once you've sat down and posted a blind. The hand histories however still name the players at the table player 1, player 2 etc, so your hem hud will only show correct stats for the current session.

3) Note taking and colours work fine, but not before you are sat down and have posted a blind.
