I discussed this with the team in detail
The changes were made following players feedback due to some aspects of the previous set up being abused
We now feel everyone is playing on a fair level and are confident the changes improve the ecology for all

Im opening an account on party and they allow me to choose a currency for deposit/cashout. I wanted to choose one that would not allow party to rip me off on conversions and as I have e-wallets in different currencies and will latter convert them myself.

Since the games are in USD that is probably my best choice right ?

I have been experiencing an increasing amount of lag with the software lately to the point where I now have to restart the software every 2/3 hours as lobby becomes virtually unresponsive and the lag on the tables very significant.
I am normally running 10+ tables and using PT4.

Anyone else experienced this/ anything I can do on my end to fix/ alleviate problem.

Yes, the lag has been there for years, improved a bit over the last year or so.

I get it if play more than 12 tables but only after 1 hour or so and nothing to do but restart. Can do it from task manager if you dont want to lose tables but you`ll lose your color codings.

IfI 18 table i get it after less than 1 hour.

Probably not so many people play that many tables nowadays and thats why they dont have a strong incentive to fix it.

Didn't want to go public with this but felt no other choice and have opened a Askgamblers.com complaint.

Joined PP in Jun no issues with several withdrawals to Entropay and Bank Wire transfer completed two wire transfers to the same bank.

Smaller withdrawals 400-1500USD no issues. So I made a 5000USD+ one.

Did not arrive in my account since last week 5000usd+ and PP support just got back to me saying we gave you a proof of wire transfer last week therefore the money must be in your account......

Already been to the bank head office with the proof of transfer by PP. Nothing they can do, remittance centre said money never arrived in our bank system and that only the originator and sending bank could do a trace and recovery.

PP support (Kept the chat\ stated that they completec a trace and that it is in my account. I asked ok can I have that trace and I will take to my bank tomorrow they said No cannot sorry cannot give u it. I said ok Ill send you my bank statement shows no money arrived.

I have done several smaller withdrawals with PP since I joined all ok. But when it goes wrong looks like they don't want to fix it. Heads up for the poker community. Their support beccomes super slow, zero information and defensive despite remaining calm and polite with them.

I have complete emails, live chats and documentation that I will publish for all to show what you will be facing when it goes wrong.

You can follow the complaint and if they resolve it on askgamblers. I hope they resolve it but its looking more unlikely everyday stalling, denying, passing the buck..

Just to start off on a positive note I think the lag issues has gotten way better recently even though the random disconnects seem to occur from time to time.

On to the negative aspects: I would like Colette to forward my request of making an investigation into how the amount of eastern euro country player accounts correlates with percentage of total playing volume at midstakes. It would also be interesting to know the average "life-length" of said accounts, i.e is there a higher turnover in the amount of accounts from said group of countries?

I ask these questions since they seem to be overrepresented in the current playerpool, but maybe poker is just very popular in those countries even though the rec-to-reg ratio is atrocious, hmm.

Please let us know how this ends... Hope this is not true! I'm a Party member for 10 years and I withdraw 15k once with no problem. But Party has a new owner now... I really hope it just stuck somewhere and that you will receive your money anyway. Your Askgamblers.com complaint is rejected because they do only casino sites and not poker sites... Let us know at two plus two ok. Good Luck!

Thanks for your support. 7th July and still no wire transfer.

PP have asked to wait until 12th July to allow time for the transfer to arrive to which I agreed. For a total of 15 Days since the Transfer was sent (Not just approved - but physically Sent!)

To put that in context PP sent a smaller withdrawal the following day AFTER this one to the same bank account by the same method it was in my account the next business day morning 08:16am.

PP have now changed their communications to me (I have Live chat and emails for this) from the money is in your account two days ago to We are not sure where the money is at the moment....

I had yet another meeting at my banks head office this time with Head of Bank Operations and Remittance department. Whom I think it is fair to say are industry experts, Confirmed no transfer arrived at the remittance centre of the bank and the transfer and amount are untraceable.

The Bank also stated that if the money was held up (Eg. Intermediary bank, Money laundry checks etc) then the remitter (PP, Kalixa accept limited their payment provider) would have been informed in the already extensive time frame.

I have agreed to wait until 12th July but I feel as does the bank it will be unfruitful.

I have sent PP a letter yesterday following the meeting with the bank.

PP have stated that they will do nothing until 12th July 2018 regarding this matter as per their company policy.

Will keep the community updated.

PP seem to forget how well connected and close community the online poker industry is (Perhaps the new owners approach)....

I think your probably correct. However we shall see this week.

It's not so much the payment of the money, It is the way PP treat you when you have an issue, Lack of information and clarity, Deception, Stalling and quite frankly rudeness.

Everyday running of a online casino / poker room is easy. The real test of a quality poker room and customer orientated service is when things go wrong such as this. It is a time when companies like PP have a chance to shine.

I am not seeing much shining from PP....

I believe the information you are requesting in detail will not be supplied as this would be a breach of player data information and also sensitive business information

As they have feedback they will follow up in detail with the bank/3rd party and feedback within the given time period

I am unsure to which "new owner" you are referring?
GVC have owned the company for sometime and have changed no approach or internal policies

There is no EU thread. I have posted on both the.FR and ES 2+2 threads, however, both are very quiet with little interaction or feedback

Regarding affiliates - there are no dedicated affiliates for EU together, however, we have ongoing agreements/deals in lace with both the ES and FR markets
A little internet research shall point you in the correct direction

Colette thank you for taking the time to respond. I was unaware of the change of owner, One of your long standing customers brought it to my attention on 2+2 in this thread. It may have been sometime ago.

On Friday 6th July 2018 prior to close of business (UK and Gibraltar time) a letter was sent to your customer service and regulators with our reference via email.

I await acknowledgement of the letter being received from your customer team.
