I was told by a friend to post here with what has happened.
I started playing on partypoker at the begining of the summer. As soon as I opened the account I saw a document section and uploaded a bank statement and a passport photo.
The passport was turned down(I guess because I took it with my phone) so I sent in a second copy scanned. They said that copy was ok.
So I played until 3 weeks ago when I decide to do a cashout. I try to log in the following day to see if it has been sent. ACCOUNT BLOCKED.
I send an email to
operations@partypoker.com as the pop-up says. No response.
So I go to the live support on the site and they tell me everything is fine its a normal procedure and it will take 3 days.
So I wait 4 days and no email, no call, nothing. I contact them again and am told everything is fine to be patient.
A week passes and still no contact. I speak once again and am told that there was a hold up from a different department but they have been notified and will speed it up.
Another few days pass, no news. So once again I contact, this time I am told the documents I sent where now all of a sudden invalid because the security team says so. I ask what they need and where to send it.
Comes back 5mins later telling that it was a mistake, that all the documents are fine to just be patient.
This is the third week waiting with no contact from partypoker, I talk to them again and now I am told that the documents I send and told where valid are now invalid and my account is being blocked and the funds seized. That there is nothing I can do and that the decision is final and the guy logs out of the chat.
A second agent logs in saying that the decision is final and they dont tell me what the problem is with the various copies I sent nor can I send new ones.
Just leaves me an email to complain, but as I have already told them I have never got any responses to the emails I have sent.
He just says the decision is final.
Does anyone have any similar experience on what I should do?
Only thing I ever did was the first single deposit through my Skrill account and was asking the cashout in the same way.
