Just out of curiosity is that enough to ban players account? Lets say a player opens new account and someone mentions him hey you should buy this program to get your hud running. Player looks at the tos and it says nothing about the program being illegal and uses that. What can party actually do because the player aint breaking the tos. You can't expect every player reads this thread right?

And no I don't use or plan to use one. Don't need it in ff games.

I came accros an article on pokernews then started googling and all I could find was people
writing no HUDs allowed etc.
Maybe it is just me but I feel like party.bwin really needs to regain the trust of
allot of players as a pokercompany since I am always really stressed about everything on party.bwin when I start playing here again.
for example the player segregation is still deep in the back of the minds of anyone
who played on party.bwin at that time and found out about it.
As a player I would suggest to the company to revamp the rakeback system!
on bwin it is almost non excistent like 15%RB on a bonus I believe while paying 13bb/100 rake.
Micro stakes should imo be rewarded with cash tickets with a playthrough requirement on the next stake.
example I am a rec and play fast forward 4nl, when I pay like 30$ in rake (on 4NL)
I get a 10$ FF ticket to be used at NL10 and so on untill 50nl/100nl where the rake cap actually does something.

I don't know anyone who has been banned for using a HH converter and that's probably because Party can't detect if a player is using one. Only couple of cases where the player was posting HHs with SNs to weaktight etc..

Well, to be able to program a HH converter, one needs to scrape the SN from the screen, right? Of course it's not the only way to make a converter but I think there has been a post about HH converters as well


If they can't prevent people from using a HH converter, how could they prevent HUD use?

Personally I hope they roll back this anonymisation ASAP and give us back our HHs. It's been too long now...

That's the wrong way to enforce something. If you want to stop HUDs, you ban huds. Banning screen scrapping, because some converters can use it to build a HUD is a long way to enforce your new policy.
You can use memory grabber (PT4 does it btw!), or you can even write down names every time someone join the table. Screen scrap is only one option.

As I said, I still didn't see anything from PartyPoker saying HH converters are not allowed.

Truth is they don't care... they are just trying to make poker a soft game for recs, to get more traffic. (It's fair, they want to make money! But it is not fair allow bots/converters to have an advantage on us)

And the only thing they manage to do is to make it even tougher for the recs and easier for the bots.

Of course they are trying to decrease the edge regs have over recs.

I'm guessing it was applied to cash games only first to test it out. If they were happy, I'm sure MTT/SNG/FF would be similar already.

Whats up with the serbian players at nl 50?

Took 1 week break and now half the reg pool are weird playing serbians who look like bots.

What's the setting in options > bet slider when you hit 35% pot for example and then plus or minus that it doesn't go up or down by small or big blind from 1118 to 1000 or is that not possible?

Seriously this is so weird, at nl 50 there are like 25 new accounts from Serbia, appeared over night, all with same 4b size, same timing, random bet size opens etc

lol its more than 25 new accounts, all of a sudden every 50 nl table has 4+ serbian regs wtf.

They also play all so weird, like reggish style but ocasional limp utg, overfold to 3b, 4b to 30.1 bb everytime, start tables and play super nitty hu like 30/20 with super high fold to 3b

I don`t even know how to report them cause so many sn`s, basically all serbians with new accounts.


Impossible that they all play same weird style.
