Second: My advice for PP is to fire all the ppl that work in the live chat. What are they doing all days? I had so many lol moments over the last week trying to solve this matter, different solutions and answers on the same matter. Half of them just disconnect me or left the chat when they started to get lost, and none of them(atleast 5) came back in 24h with an answer as they promised.

Congrats, and good to see some good news coming out of PP for a long time (and good that you came to post it).

I went ahead and reported them to Party tonight, so hopefully they can check it out for us (they will know their previous screen names and may have other data they can match players based on, etc).

There is a 3rd German player who may fit the same profile, but I'm not sure (see PM) as even though his stats match closely to these two, his screen name is longer established and he plays a slightly different distribution of SNG levels.

Here is an update on some of the points raised recently…

Inter Account Transfer (IAT):

The IAT function has now been fixed. Please let our Customer Service teams know if you are still having any difficulties with this feature.

Software Lag:

Players who are experiencing software lag are kindly asked to email our Customer Service team including account name, details of the issue(s) experienced and any third party tools in use at the time.
We are currently gathering information on the lag issues and have our technical teams working towards a solution.

Screen Name Change:

We are still working towards a solution on the screen name change issues.

New Table Design:

After listening to feedback on the new table design from 2+2, our creative department have designed a new table which we are testing – and which we invite you to try.

We have made changes to the table background, felt, cards and action buttons. All assets can be downloaded here.

To use this table: Close the client; download the zip file; extract it; and then place the extracted image files in the partypoker graphics folder
C:\Programs\PartyGaming\PartyPoker\Images\NewGameT able

Please leave your feedback on the new design here, any feedback will be taken on board before adding this new design (or a subsequent iteration) into the client.

Hey Party_Rep,

When I click the Sit & Go tab, the software seems to be loading something endlessly and crashes the software. I asked about this in the live chat and was told that someone from your technical team would get back to me. I think that was 1-2 weeks ago. Maybe you have a solution (I knew the first thing your support would ask is to reinstall the software so I did that already including removing the stuff from the registry)

When are you going to fix the points I raised earlier? It can't be to hard to implement an auto add on or a deal possibility in a rebuy as well.

Here it is once again. I will be quoting it over and over from time to time.

guys, how u resolve font issue ? When i launch party poker - fonts at the table and my system fonts (Win7) are automatically changing to the bad one. And its became very tuff to read even players names.

If you buy the $215 tournament ticket, does it expire or can I use it whenever I want? Also, where can I even see that I own it?

FEEDBACK: On the new table design that's better the black option, but there needs to be many alternating color options for the felt and the background (i.e. black background, black felt or red background, brown felt, etc etc). It just makes it so much better to be able to personalize to your preference. That can't be too hard to do from a software standpoint.

Any chance "Fixed Limit Holdem" become the 1st choice of game like before on previous software ?
It is bad news for Limit game because many recreationnal just play the 1st choice game availaible and don"t care if it is Limit or No Limit and now they go more to NL with new software

It is win win situation ; huge rake game for Party and try to keep some limit games alive.

Heard nothing back from Party yet (not even an automatic "email received" confirmation).

I now have 5 more current players (ie: played within the last week) who match these two (based on stats and sharkscope SNG-level distribution), but am yet to see if their location is Germany and/or if they do the same bet-sizing.

PMed Rainbow Warrior with the names so hopefully he can check their detailed sharkscope data.
