Party's software has always been buggy and laggy, but it has become unplayable for me since the first update of the horrible "new" software. Since bwin.party does not want players like me who raked > $25,000/year, I finally downloaded Bodog and for the first time in years, I have no lag!

Isn't the table limit only 3/4 tables on Bodog though?

To Party Rep:
Will your instant-play web browser no-download version EVER have a 4-color deck option? Because I hate the new deck, it's easy to mix up spades and clubs (if not, easy fix is to just shrink the size of the circles in the clubs!)

Also, simple request: default to [ ]NO SOUND instead of defaulting to [x]Sound -- since that setting does not get saved when in the instant-play version. (Ditto for the 4-color deck option -- default to YES).

new account of this hungarian scumbag who hasp played in the segregated pool day for the last 6 months or so. Probably gets new accounts all the time. Before ptr didn´t track the segreagted pool but now they do. The amount of money theese guys win because of this is huge. And Partypoker just let them do it, it´s sick.

Party says they´re doing an investigation but is it really that hard just to remove him? It´s pretty easy to see on the playingstyle that this guy isn´t a recreational player

Look at this hand lol guy opens UTG for 500 then calls off 3500 with JQo. The things that are going on in this site is absolutely ridiculous. How can any player who is playing in the "regular pool" trust a site seeing things like this happen. For all we know all these Romanian or Hungarian accounts that keep raking up all this cash could be Party poker accounts.

Not to mention the segregation was a secret and was unraveled through the cooperation of many players. For all we know they would continued to attempt hiding this fact until they were caught. Really makes it even more seem like these accounts are Party poker owned accounts. Maybe they found a much more profitable revenue stream now.

I have been such a proud supporter of Party Poker for the longest time. I've always said the Party brand was the absolute best, their customer service (In my opinion at least) used to be exceptionally good. I never felt inclined to play elsewhere, even though the software has always been like 20th century.

Now I feel ashamed to still have money on this site, and am desperately questioning whether there is any point to leave $ here. How can a company **** it up this bad? How are you going to regain the trust of people like us, or do customers like me simply have no value to your company? I don't know. Why don't you give me an answer? Or I guess you don't have to. You never have lately.

To prove the point current Head of Poker Jeffrey Haas made like 2 months ago posts when he promised changs for better, better communication (LOL),etc. they lured some players to play there again.
You see it is with them all the time like that they make some sneaky changes where they screw us badly (suprise,suprise) and the list goes on and on.
When they promise changes for better, well they promise cause that are just words. The promises are to trick some poor ******s to deposit and play there again, they never act on what they promised.

Lets be honest we, who still play there,act like paid hookers cause we get ****ed over and over again.

the more I think about it the sicker this whole thing is. I mean ok if you create this segregated pool to let some recreational players have more fun while playing. But is it really that hard to just watch the tables a while.
If you see a guy playing like a typical reg and just hoovering up money maybe you should kick him out of the pool. But no they let them sit there a week at least.
So now regs that´s been losing can get alot of their losses back because of this. Oh and some romanians and hungarians who just gets new accounts all the time. Wow the Party guys that is handling this must be some of the dumbest jokes in the poker industry

This situation with the Romanians and Hungarians has been going on for a long time, since the start of segregation. I have no clue how they do it. Maybe they make new accounts, maybe party lets them in there for some reason or they know someone inside party or maybe they found a way to open those tables. I bet party software is so messed that if you find out the names of the segregated tables you can trigger a software to give the client a command to open that table. Someone that is good with this software design can you tell if that is possible? I haven't played on party hardly at all for a 6-8 months, but this situation is so sick. Demand answers to some important questions.

like
1) What are they doing about this abuse of segregated tables
2) Where do the funds go that are confiscated
3) Why did Jeffrey Haas say he/and party rep were going to be active on the forums and then ignore all the most important questions.
3) etc etc.

I won't dictate the questions but I think we should put together a small list of the most important questions that players want. Maybe it might finally get some dialog flowing.

sick of watching guys sit at 1k/600/400 and get massive droolers that donate thousands whilst I never see them and stuck grinding vs regs in lowlimits...plus the bonus'...now that they have ****d those up for every1 I have no idea what to get...Alot of regs rely on those bonus' to stay on party poker! Going to lose like 30% of player party you dingbats
