Unlikely I would say it would depend on the exact bonus
CS could review and confirm how the bonus is earned
However, most are rake based - you are earning double cash back points not double rake

I was under the impression the pop-up filter issue was resolved and you can select and save - turn off dialog in the setting options
I'll look into it again

Further improvements for current filters are in the pipeline for future release updates
No timeline to share

Not resolved unfortunately - I just tried it again a couple of mins ago.



As you can see by the above pic, there's no 'save' option you mentioned.

You just bring up the filter by clicking anywhere along the tab names (as highlighted by my red circle) and the filter pops up. You then tick or un-tick what you want showing or not showing and close it again - done.

Problem is, once you logout - all those boxes re-set to default automatically and are all ticked (everything showing again) next time you login so, you have to constantly go through the process of filtering every time you login. It's the same for all these types of pop-up filters throughout the client, which is a pain in the butt.

For all those saying previously that PP doesn't reimburse players affected by bots/collusion/fraud etc...I have some news for you.

I just logged in and noticed my balance had increased. I was curious to know where this extra money had come from so, looked up my account statement in the client and it shows the action as being 'money added', along with the description as being 'Fraud Refund', as can be seen below:



I had no idea I was the victim of any fraudulent activities on the site and therefore this came as a complete surprise to me.

Not long after, I also received an email stating the following:

Hi .......

We’re writing to let you know that we’ve credited your account. These funds are available to you immediately with no restrictions.

As part of our ongoing commitment to keeping partypoker a safe and secure environment for everyone, we recently found that some players were in violation of our Terms & Conditions. This resulted in the closure of these players’ accounts and the confiscation of their funds.

The entirety of these funds has now been redistributed to those of you who were involved in hands with these players. Your funds have already been credited to your account so you don’t need to do anything.
We take these violations very seriously and will continue to do so in order to maintain a safe, fair and fun environment for all of our players.

See you at the tables,
Your partypoker team


Just goes to show that PP are taking there T&C's seriously and are in fact reimbursing players when fraudulent activities are detected - not just banning accounts and keeping the money for themselves as some have previously suggested.

Noted - I have spoken with tech and asked them to look into the reason the options are NOT saving correctly

Guys, good sign for us.

Today I got such e-mail from partypoker -

The compensation is tiny but at least we can see that party is doing something vs cheaters&bots. I have not played since December on party and played only regular cash tables. So I guess maybe some cheater with handconvertor got banned. However I played FF in the summer and this money could be from there too. Hope, we can see more results of work on this field!

I haven't been playing Party Poker at all for at least 7 months? and got the refund too. Shows how good their security is.
So the cheaters/boters had been running there for at least 8 months. So yeah thanks for my 2$ but praising Party Poker security team for doing good job is mindbogling.

Lol, I am not playing there too and not going to play there until they put all players in equal conditions(allow hud for all or ban all possibility to use it for all too, and I prefer first option because I can find and note bot with hud). But at least this compensation is better than nothing at all.

What happens with the happy hour promotion? It says that it last until Sunday 25th

Ive played in the fast forward tables during 2 happy hours generating around 60$ in rake in that period but ive got 0 extra pts.

Whats wrong here?

If i play from Thailand i don`t get the happy hour promo?

I think i`m not getting any extra points and i cannot see the promo in the Promotions tab.

I used to get the extra points from the promo up until last month i think.

If it is true why in the world would the promo be available only for certain countries?

So PP,you catch a group of cheaters at NL100 FF that have been playing for months and now you pay out a total of about $100 compensation for all players combined???

Just when I thought you start to take your players seriously.....please share the math behind this joke of a compensation.

Thecompensation numbers aren't good as they seem to indicate money being returned based on what was currently in the cheaters accounts and not on how much was won via cheating. Most cheaters would likely keep the minimum in their accounts.

Having said that this is a positive sign and shows that they are doing something to combat collusion.

+1. Same happened with MTT collusion and probably around 2%-5% of lost money was returned to players.

And note: Party kept all the rake for themselves, both from people participating in collusion and from those people who Party failed to protect. Probably same in this case.

partypoker/bwin poker software freezing and becoming unresponsive during gameplay seems to have been a common issue among partypoker/bwin users.
Hasn't the technical crew figured out the culprits that cause the error yet?
