The support told me that, because we were not in the money, the guarantee was not applied. But we were in the money and the latereg was closed so the guarantee has to apply.

My questions:

1. Was the guarantee applied?

2. What was the total prizepool left at time of crash?

3. What happened to the bounties each player had at time of crash? (Im talking about the 50% of each bounty that is not credited to each players account just in time)

4. What happened to players that have been eliminated after 20:45? (Like someone had a Stack of 1M chips at 20:45 but busted at 20:50 due to regular game)

I appreciate your quick reply as its pretty annoying to spend days over days texting about this. I like PP but i had never such an issue with Stars, their support is way better

You all have been ripped off from Party Poker. Could you expect anything less? Team pros gone missing here since he was asked to comment on the connection between running stables on the site and having access to hand histories reviewing collusions. The same guy who has no lroblems angle shooting live. I guess its a maturing process but money corrupts everyone. Party poker is a bot haven where many people report bots and they continue on. I personally lost hubdreds of dollars and potentially thousands in equity because it seems they intentionally shut off the tournaments due to overlay. They only have one rep in here answering questions who feels they should be worshipped for doing so. Scary

In 2018 Stars support is NOT way better. Its been equally bad for about 3 years now. Unfortunately once Amaya bought them they severely started cutting corners and support was one beneficiary of this.

i like the 1re-entry tournaments..its nice...you can use your 2 chances tactical (not the newest party improvement but this was a good idea!)

Hi all,

I played party like 4 month. I played a lot of10-25c and 25-50c. plo.Overall I can say.

If you want to get cheated play at party. Its so obvious that you are playing against bots and collusion is happening.


Its really sad.

Is there any way you guys can fix the note taking in fast forward poker?

I'm genuinely considering not playing on your site due to this issue:

Here is ALL that needs to be done, I just want it like PS so when I click a person's name to take notes, it STAYS WITH ME DURING THE NEXT HAND....OR AT LEAST make it so I can take notes in the hand replayer

This is absolutely brutal for me.

I agree 100%. ir is really sick. I need it a lot.

and plz answer if HUDS are working on FF, because if they are not, then the note taking is a LOT more important u know...

Two weeks ago during the partypoker server issues, I had been scheduled to play in a $1050 Barcelona grand final satellite. I spent about $800 to win that seat.

The tournament did not go ahead because of the site issues and the tournament was then rescheduled for the following sunday.

I had an important family event on sunday and so I couldn't play at that time. I contacted support several days in advance to find a solution, either to play another time or to get a refund of the dollar value. In was told it was escalated and somebody would be in touch soon. After 2 days no response I contacted them again, they reassured me it would be taken care of and to wait. With the tournament looming i contacted them 2 more times, and still nothing. I kept contacting them up to an hour before the tournament, they kept saying it was being looked at.

In the end the tournament was underway and they did not respond and I had no choice but to play it i the middle of a gathering where I could barely pay attention and was basically dead money.

For this, after contacting them several times since, Partypoker have offered me $50 in tournament tickets as compensation which is downright insulting and I would feel like a complete ***** to continue paying them rake after being dismissed like that.

Can somebody from PP on here address this please.

The CS teams have a full team and are manned 24/7
I am one person and can not deal with all issues escalted in this thread when attending events - sorry

Yes HUDS are allowed however we do not offer support for any issues regading these tools nor do we guarentee they will work alongside our software

This should have/would have been escalted to the Live team - this is the procedure for any live event sats etc and the team would have contacted you with details via email
If you are certain they did not contact you can you please PM myself the username and I will ask someone from the relevant team to reach out to you directly

Is it just me being break even for a really long time now (yes, have been a winner before for a long period. Have had ups and downs, sure, but not like this) or does anyone else have the same problem? I know it sounds foolish but I have really started to think in terms of riggnes and manipulated RNG from Party to equalize the player field and bring a more equale poker ecology. Am I really alone with my struggle and my thoughts?

Any news on a time frame for the above being fixed? I was previously told by someone else that it would be asap but, that was sometime ago...

Also, any news on when we might see buy-in filters changed from the current 'low/med/high' etc...to actual $ amount ranges? Out of the 5 different poker clients i've played on recently, PP is the only one that doesn't have this feature already in place. It would be so much better/easier for players if this change was made and also help provide for a better gaming experience overall. I'm also aware that many other players have also brought up wanting this change in the past....

You actually got an initial response? I email over a week ago now a simple question and yet to receive anything. I asked why does the app now describe yor hand before the actual cards are on the table. This is so stupod. Beyond stupid. Has any developer for any party software or and ibtegrity team worker ever played poker in their life? Or is immitating full tilt sounds your great idea for poker
