I did inform you via PM (after multiple messages) there was little I could do as it was with the customer service teams for resolution and had been escalted for review
I have been out of office at an event in Ireland
The CS teams have a full team and are manned 24/7
I am one person and can not deal with all issues escalted in this thread when attending events - sorry

The support told me that, because we were not in the money, the guarantee was not applied. But we were in the money and the latereg was closed so the guarantee has to apply.

I appreciate your quick reply as its pretty annoying to spend days over days texting about this. I like PP but i had never such an issue with Stars, their support is way better

Yes HUDS are allowed however we do not offer support for any issues regading these tools nor do we guarentee they will work alongside our software

This should have/would have been escalted to the Live team - this is the procedure for any live event sats etc and the team would have contacted you with details via email
If you are certain they did not contact you can you please PM myself the username and I will ask someone from the relevant team to reach out to you directly
