Just for a moment I got excited by bwin introducing live chat support. Waiting for CS rep to join the chat for 20 mins and counting

Hello,

I registered at Partypoker (from Brazil) and made a 10 dollar deposit.
Partypoker then asked me for id verification. And immediately blocked my account for an unknown reason.
It is 12 days now. I have sent several emails. Does anyone have the same problem?

I send them photos of my document and they rejected them because not clear enough.
I resent better photos the same day and then waited 5 days for a response!!!!!
They reacted accepting my ID CARD, or at least not talking about it anymore, but then asked me for an extra passport...

Two ID documents?? for a poker account??

I explained them my passport is expired. And for now I only have that ID card. Which is official and has the same value as a passport.
Any Brazilian player will use that for verification!

Now I am waiting 12 days in total for their reaction.

Their Brazilian phone number does not work. It is officially disactive.
I dicovered live chat today and talked twice.

(Their bad chat is waiting for 15 minutes!!! without anuy notice of how long it will take to speak to someone)

The chat employee the listened to me and told me he mails security. but has no idea how long this will take. They have no time frame at all!

I had already that security in an email also to redeposit my 10 dollar.
If the verification could not be done fast.

redeposit to the Skrill account, my Skrill account!
The same Skrill account it was deposited from.
i even send a screenshot of the deposit with time, date and transaction number!

No reaction again for days.

Then 1 standard email just repeating standard asking for an extra passport.
Not responding to any of my questions. Not mentioning any of my send proof or documents.

I had also sent them official proof of my address!!

I am waiting now.

Does anyone have the same problem?

while its not great Id say this is practically standard for every site except pokerstars. Now they arent great right either but they atleast answer your emails in timely fashion

Whats up at bwin Client crashing always now after short time?
Never had this before

Is your Flash Player specifically for Internet Explorer up to date? (Google for 'get Flash Player' and select IE as the browser at the update web page regardless of what your default browser is.) I don't know if updating it helps with bwin, but it does fix the crashes that happen during the startup of some slots in the partycasino client incl. Joystick Generation (those in the poker client don't crash).

In the software I read 2 different requirements for clearing the bonus.
Are you able to tell me how many Points I have to collect to receive 1 Bonus Euro?
In the software is written:
6 points per 1 Euro and
10 points per 1 Euro.
What is correct?
Furthermore how many days do I have to clear the bonus?

I have had client crash twice in last 2 days, never happened before.
Yesterday was sitting on ~55k at 1200bb in $22 1,500gtd starting at 10am AET, client crashed and couldnt get back on for couple of hours while 888 and Stars working fine.
Today i was heads up in the $22 3k gtd at 8am AET, outchipped anywhere from 1.5-2 to 1 and got kicked of client again. Pokerstars and 888 working. Once again, conveniantly couldn't log back in til i bust in 2nd. Slightly tilted, to say the least.
Screen name is same on here.

For me updating Flash Player helped.
Only played small session but no crash, before it was crashing after 5 Hands.
Also had it never before,

come on work on those damn disconnections, I get disconnected from all my tables simultenaously, and I get back on time on only one table, so I get booted from all the others because I am "sitting out" wtf is that. Lost all my tables but 1 because of this.

I think on the Fast Forward tables it is too long 6 handed Play.
Just played a session and it was fine when it was only 3 Players at one table.
But then there must be some new Players in the pool and all table become very slow because it was 6 handed suddenly . Why not make it a bit longer short handed?
It is unplayable with 6 man tables with small player count.
I think it is a reason Players give up to play like i did..

Do you mean when there are enough players in the pool to keep all tables 6 handed? You would like to have option to play 2-5 handed when others are still playing? I could allso live w/ that.

E that ff aint so fast NL100+ unless its peak hours.

Collette, I remember you mentioning a while back that once an account was disactivated for 6 months, one could register a new account through an affiliate. Am I getting this right? My account has been inactive for almost 4 months (have cashed out my funds and not logged in since), so would my situation apply?

Yesterday it was switching between 6 handed and 3 handed play. I guess this go automatic depending how big player pool is.
It was fast pace 3 handed but when the player count rised it did go back to 6 handed and become very slow to fill an new table. So ist would ne nice to keep it short handed until there are enough players to fill 6 handed tables fast.

I have send in my actual documents twice, but I still can't withdraw money.

Not a good way to keep a customer.

They frequently bug and flicker uncontrollably without going away unless you close the table...

well or maybe just fix this annoying bug

You can already turn them off from the settings
