It wasn't even mentioned by Colette in this thread, while she was readily posting info about MTT promos with cute Party-branded banners throughout last week.
The SNG promo was dealt with via the promo team I was informed emails were being sent - I promote our MTTs and event packages

The same Skrill account it was deposited from.
i even send a screenshot of the deposit with time, date and transaction number!
No reaction again for days.
Then 1 standard email just repeating standard asking for an extra passport.
Not responding to any of my questions. Not mentioning any of my send proof or documents.
I had also sent them official proof of my address!!
I am waiting now.
Does anyone have the same problem?
