Purpose of the Thread

Listening to customer feedback is the most important part of any business. We want to hear what we're doing right and do more of it and understand where we're going wrong and solve the issue.

The online poker landscape is rapidly changing and we want PaddyPowerPoker to be a part of it. Using this thread to establish what real poker players want will help us get there.

We're currently running some incredibly rewarding promotions and will also use this thread to showcase them.

August is going to set to be the most rewarding month in the history of PaddyPowerPoker. Check out some of our favourite promotions below.

Paddy's Iron Man

This month we're introducing Paddy's Iron Man challenge. If you're a real grinder and at the tables, day in day out then you deserve to be rewarded and we intend on doing just that. Iron man prizes range from a $250 freeroll ticket to a massive $4,000 bonus for just 25 days work.

Note that the promotion does not require play on consecutive days. As long as you earn the points on the required number of days you will be eligible for a freeroll ticket or bonus.

Happy Hours

It's simple. Double points for your play on the cash tables during our scheduled Happy Hours. The extra points will be credited to your account the next day.

Monday - Friday: 6pm - 7pm and Midnight to 1am (following morning)
Saturday and Sunday: 5pm - 6pm and 1am to 2am (following morning)

Instead of posting adverts for promotions in an attempt to make yet more money, how about addressing the issues that are being raised on these forums about your site, starting with the fact that the network is overrun with bots.

get rid of the casino games in the software and improve the software and i'd consider returning. Casino games are horrible for tilt.

Please buy the Full Tilt software. If Paddy Power had rush poker you would have huge traffic.

great promos for bot owners. now more bots will join ipoker after those great offers. just too big rake if u are human and playing poker here. or i suggest that u run one more promo - stack off bot and get paddy power T-SHIRT 4 free "beat Artificial Intelligence like Garry Kasparov".

Instead of trying to cash in on Full Tilts problems and stealing all their ideas ......... I was going to suggest you leave ipoker for a decent network but there aren't any.

Just buy Full Tilt and make us all happy.

My name is Jamie and I am representing Paddy Power Poker on 2+2. I was away for the last 24 hours for family reasons, but will be around almost 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on this thread making sure we take on all of your feedback to make PaddyPower a leader in European poker.

Bots on iPoker

We have been aware of the issue for some time now and have already taken action and banned several accounts once they have been confirmed as bots.

Although you might not believe it, iPoker takes a strong stance on bots and is determined to eradicate them from the network.

What Can Be Done

I have been making my way through a lot of the threads concerning iPoker bots on 2+2 and would like to invite anyone with any details on specific users to PM me the details and as much evidence as possible.

We will first view the account details and see if the user is a PaddyPowerPoker customer. If they are we can begin to conduct an internal investigation and if we conclude they are a bot appropriate action will be taken.

It is impossible for us alone to fully eradicate bots from the network, even if they are one of our customers. Bots must be blacklisted from the entire network, in order to achieve this we need to liaise with iPoker and furnish them with as much information as possible. When we're given any information pertaining to a player registered on another iPoker skin we will forward it to Playtech along with any extra information we're able to gather.

Looking forward to cracking this and hearing from you guys.
