Hi Ladysharrow, thanks for the inquiry.
Yes you can play Germany with exception to the state of Schleswig-Holstein.
Yes Pokertracker is safe on our site.
We currently do not have a variation of zoom/fast forward but that will definitely be in the works later in the pipeline.

The Grey 33$ the GTD was 3000$ now 1500$. The same with Hyper frenzy.
Better you add some 1$ ; 5$ or 10$ with 1000$ GTD.
And some tournament that run one time in week with bigger gtd.
You need more players, make some MTT series with leaderboard prizes.
Make some promotion: with Christmas Gifts MTT, buy in 5$ or 10$.
Invest more in beginning to get back in long run.
Thank you for your feedback RaisetoSurvive.
We revised our full schedule by doubling the tournaments per day and nearly doubling the guarantees we offer per day. As a result, the Grey and Hyper Frenzy were 2 of the tournaments we had to scale back on.
The Grey $33 2K GTD was reduced by $500 to $1500 GTD. There is still a daily overlay of $500+ on this tournament which we believe is of great value.
We added many tournaments in the $1, $5, and $10 ranges that rolled out December 17th - we would love to offer higher guarantees for them all, but at this point they almost all overlay. We have many tournaments in this buy-in range with guarantees up to $500 already, but I will speak with the team to see if we can make a $1000 GTD tournament in this range.

Hi Lefty2131, thanks for your feedback. I would like add a bit more detail to your concerns.
First, you are right that the 3% service-fee does scale up a bit once we hit the higher buy-in ranges, but I think there are more players who will benefit from the service-fee model in the micro, low, and mid level cash games. We are trying our best to provide something that is of overall greater value to the poker community.
Second, with our loyalty program you instantly are rewarded back 1% of your total buy-in. So in this case, we may charge a $30 service-fee for $1000 buy-in, but you instantly get rewarded with $10 back. Thus the actual total you would be charged is $20 - and this is ONLY if you leave the table with $1000 - if you leave with less you are charged less, and if you leave with zero, you are charged nothing.
I think we have to consider all the other potential scenarios before just isolating it under one specific condition.
Third, we offer a $1000 matching bonus that never expires which I think is quite generous! This gives you back 1.5% of what you bring in to the table and freed up in $100 increments. So if you bring $1000 to the table, you accumulate $15 back to be released.
So in your scenario, hypothetically from that $30, we give back $25 in loyalty and bonuses.
Lastly, we understand that there may be scenarios where a table breaks up quickly or someone may hit and run and leave very quickly. Our customer support team is aware of the possibilities of these and have protocols in place to mitigate these circumstances and reimburse players affected by this.
This is all a work in progress - we are doing our best to grow a site with no attachment to a network, while offering a strong overlay of tournaments, and a generous loyalty program and bonus to reward back to our players.
I would love for you to give our cash game tables a try at our lower stakes and give feedback on your experience.
Many thanks.
