Re: [OFFICIAL] CoinPoker - Bringing the Game Back to Players

I sold all my CHP at a 90% loss and converted to Bitcoin. Thanks a lot CoinPoker, I didn't even get a reach-around!

Re: [OFFICIAL] CoinPoker - Bringing the Game Back to Players

I think it should be noted that in order to deposit on the website you need to buy ETH and CHP. I bought CHP with some bitcoin I had lying around only to realize that I needed to buy ETH as well. Have to wait a few days now to get verified on a website to buy etherum so transaction will get pushed through because CHP is an etherum token.

Bitcoin support please. Some of us want to stick to the main cryptocurrency instead of a token while playing poker.

there are many other poker websites that you can deposit bitcoin into...
i don't think any poker sites are rake free currently like coinpoker
I'm not sure why they chose to make a token and use that.
although, i just won a freeroll so I like the site now lol

Re: [OFFICIAL] CoinPoker - Bringing the Game Back to Players

Coinpoker is not a real company. Probably 2 full time employees who rebooted old software, and printed money for people to buy and spend on the site. It's a scam, why not just start a site that takes ETH? because they wanted to be a bank not a poker site.

Telegram admins will drive you away. They are hostile and will ban anyone who has concerns about the software.

hope Phil Galfond gets it right we need something legit!

Re: [OFFICIAL] CoinPoker - Bringing the Game Back to Players

It's probable scam. For example, they enable to make a deposit via ETH for buying CHP right away. But no other way around. Coinpoker switches remaining CHP to ETH to buy lambos. Tournament winner and cash winners DUMP CHP price exchanges. Nobody buys CHP in exchanges! They blame market, but its gradual CHP decrease

Another question https://blog.coinpoker.com/tonyg-nos...erm=2018-08-14

Is TONYG is using his own money(i mean buying CHP somewhere) Or just gambling with promotional money or using "advisor" funds???

All this is truth.... Tony G losted more then 5 millions, and he told during the game that he is going to rebuy and they didnt get these chp from open market (so someone from team did transfer these millions to him, as internal transfer between players is capped on 10k at once... that means Tony G (team) will rebuy for penny in few months. On other way, if all these losted CHP from Tony are from promotional part... even that its most stupid way to lose them... as for that amount of CHP they could pay agents to bring new players to site.
Eth/chp button is with 20% exchange fee minimum, sometimes it is going up to 40% from regular open market price. These fish players which buy on that way are so perfect for open market as they would push price of chp up, but instead of that, team got eth, and once chp fall vs eth (obv as part of chp are bought on this way, so open market got huge deficit) they do rebuy for fx 50-60% of eth, and eth stays to them as earnings.
White paper which you can see on their site, and roadmap on it is so out dated.
Maaany players from telegram group asked for sng type of games, they cant implement them in all these months... they got only few developers as it seems, so every idea is "forwarded" to them, but most of them end in trash for now.

Btw, team got nearly 50m$ on ico... and even near that, they are doing such a huge mistakes.... but seems they doesnt care enough... they was able to get much more developers for that money to get everything done on time... but classic business as it seems.

I am still big holder of chp, but I just dont care anymore, this is more important to say truth at this moment then money which I did earn there! Maybe they will wake up!

Thumbs down Re: [OFFICIAL] CoinPoker - Bringing the Game Back to Players

chip is $0.00 now
so millions lost doesn't sound like a lot of money.
This is more like a play money site.

Investment gone, lesson learned. No more ICO's

I mean, just don't take part in 100% obv scam ICOs, or realise that if you take part there its a speculation of getting more stupid people involved after ICO.

CHP is not $0.00, its 0.09 The price has dropped its true investors lost a lot.
But to call it a scam site is absurd. The site is operating fine 24/7. (18 cashtables running atm, mostly small stakes.)

i've played lots for the last 5 months and the action is good, and its rakefree. Just exchange your winnings if u dont want to speculate by hodling chp. For the player its not a big problem if chp price fluctuates, because the buyins adjust naturally.

$0.009281 (using coinmarketcap) https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/coinpoker/ but it was $0.09 around the ICO and launch of their site...

Not many investments leave you with $0.10 for every $1 put in, the chances of that turning around before becoming a dead ****-coin are very slim.

You're right its $0.009, my mistake. Im not sure about it becoming a dead coin though. The difference between other dead ****coins and chp is that it has a real use; hundreds of people play poker with it every day. There clearly is demand for it.
I dont expect the prize to turn around anywhere near ICO levels, but for the site to operate, and players, this isnt needed at all.

The fact that investors lost huge is clear, and sad. But the pricefall isnt an indicator that it is a failed project imo, its ICO price was simply way to high. imo.

Obv the pricefall isn't indicator, the other 100 bad and shady stuff is indicator that it's a scam.

Re: [OFFICIAL] CoinPoker - Bringing the Game Back to Players

They don't even pay out withdrawals at times. All the chp are gone and they have to refill their processor to pay out withdrawals. The chp you own in your account they send out to people doing withdrawals and you have no chp until they refill again to pay out. it says on your wallet you own them but if they don't have any chp left to do withdrawal for you you dont own those chp. They do and they pay out who they want with them. So they will decline your withdrawal and pay you out a day later if they don't have any left. The sites terrible now. It was fine at first now its been ran down to crap site. I think Doug was right the sites a bunch of bull. I sold all my chp around .03 once I experienced the withdrawal decline.

Re: [OFFICIAL] CoinPoker - Bringing the Game Back to Players

I'm wondering how Coinpoker is "Bringing the Game Back to Players"?

Is me losing over 90% of my investment part of bringing the game back to players?

Re: [OFFICIAL] CoinPoker - Bringing the Game Back to Players

CHP losts its value.
$0.008656 USD (-13.26%)

U can see even when market bounces, CHP loses value due to exchange dumping.
Gamblers are buying CHP via app...
I don't see massive coinpoker buying action in excanges

Hi Iburydoscocaroaches,

This is not true, CHP holders have their funds located in a separate CoinPoker wallet. The address listed for withdrawals and deposits are for that purpose only, deposits and withdrawals. No withdrawals are ever declined, they are merely queued on days when demand exceeds expectations, and are promptly completed after refilling. We respect your decision to sell and leave, and wish you good luck wherever you decide to play in the future

Re: [OFFICIAL] CoinPoker - Bringing the Game Back to Players

Huge investors and players has been banned as a result of TonyG funds discussion, by arrogant telegram admins.

Funny thing: admins said they're 100% sure about tonyg funds but THEN they said they can not provide any proof whatsoever. Admins also told to the community they were about to reply on 2+2 about this but almost 1 week is gone since that but no posts has been released.

Transparency doesn't belong to coinpoker and if you want to discuss with them about topics they don't want to discuss, you'll end up banned even if you're an investor or a long time player.
