I just made a small deposit via btc to try this site out. So far im sold. I love the interface, i love it has run it twice, i absolutely love the 2 percent rake max around 3 or so dollars max. You cant lose, this could overtake global if they would just market it on facebook and put the selling points of low rake and rakeback, just send rakeback weekly people would love that. I also like how it has nosebleed games. If they would enable paypal that would bring alot of recs for sure. but what i dont like hearing about is banning winning players, u just cant do that... i also love the RNG, absolutely random, seems random and u dont see tons of bad beats happening all day long like u do at other crapshoot sites

To begin with i make small deposit of 0.37 eth on coinpoker from coinbase which restricted they say funds are lost okay my mistake so i ask what to do ..

Now a support guy called tells me deposit same amount to different adress which he specifik gives me in telegram chat .. Alrighty i think ill try do to save my 0.37 eth so i make another desposit he says it just has to be same amount or larger doesnt matter ill get refunded it so deposit 0.38 eth from privat wallet not exchange ... its gets confirmed now the crazy part starts he now tells that it had sent from coinbase to activate adress which is totally nonsens for me and that it cannot wotk this way hmmm i amconfused..


Now he tells me i have to make another deposit to his specifik adress that cover the otherones so i make another desposit 0.78 eth from coinbase to this adress and think everthing will be ok.. Now he tellls me this:

Dude, I didn't really understand your post so I didn't reply. I suspect you did something wrong when you deposited, maybe you sent to the contract address and not the ethereum address? If you had written clearly you may have had a response.

Hello thor1rj and thanks for bringing up these issues. I will address them below.

1: The 0.37 ETH deposit you made from Coinbase (an exchange). Because of the way exchange wallets work we, and other ICOs, cannot identify who sends funds from an exchange to us, since unique, permanent wallet addresses aren't used by them. We identify funds by which wallet sent them, which is why we require that each player verifies a personal ETH wallet, which they hold the private keys for, with their CoinPoker account. We do our best to inform players of this in our deposit guide, it is in red text in our Cashier deposit screen etc.

People will of course make mistakes and when they do, we manually recover these funds for them. We require some documentation and within 2-3 days we will manually credit the funds they sent to us from an exchange. Please contact us at support@coinpoker.com if you have this issue.

2: Rainer/Support/Scammer issue We are of course sorry to hear your sordid experience with a scammer who tried to steal money from you. They impersonate employees of companies and try to get customers to send funds to them. We host a public Telegram group, which we understand attracts this behaviour, but we do a lot to inform players of this. A few policies we have to address this issue:

a) We never handle account specific issues on Telegram. To discuss a player's account we require this to be done via the email address they have registered with their CoinPoker account.

b) We constantly remind players on Telegram about being careful. NEVER transfer funds to anyone who shares deposit addresses with you on social media. This goes for ALL companies, just not CoinPoker. Always get any such information from inside the app or after having verified credentials of the person you are talking to.

c) We NEVER contact you unsolicited. If we do contact you on Telegram it will be because you requested so and we will always inform you in the public channel first. You can see the "Admin" next to our profile, which means we work for CoinPoker.

d) Every person who joins our Telegram group will receive the below message. It is addressed to them personally, but can also be seen by all members in our group, so everyone will see this message a few times every day. We do this to really reinforce this message.

Thank you for your questions.

1: We have one restriction only and that is that you can withdraw up to 1M (minus P2P transfers out) every week (rolling 7 day schedule). So if you have sent 50,000 CHP in P2P transfers, you can withdraw 950,000 CHP that rolling 7 day period.

2: No play through requirements.

3: No other requirements.

4: It is correct that we offer mostly rebuy+addon tournaments. We offer Knockout tournaments as well, these run a couple of times daily. We are revamping our MTT schedule and promotions around it as we speak, and you should see this implemented over the coming week or so. We of course consider this an improved schedule, but you will not see a ton of freezeouts. We are in the last minute details of the schedule and you may see some freezeouts added. I do not have final details on exactly how many and when as of writing this.

5: We do not offer SnGs at the moment. While traffic has increased a lot of late and we move forward aggressively we are still a relatively small site. We believe at this time running some extra smaller MTTs meets the demand we have for small tourney fields.

In summary, if you are strictly a FO player I will admit that our current offering may not be ideal for you. We would of course welcome you to check us out anyway and see whether you like our platform.
