What level of rake are you going with? I couldn't immediately find anything about it on the website. You've still got Josem listed as a security advisor though, despite him saying he hasn't done any work for you for a few months.

I am also wondering about the rake structure

Good point. This is why fiat rooms charge a high rake like 5%.

I wrote in another thread that I would basically start games and play on ANY crypto site with a fair rake. I mean a baseline rake of 3% or less.

Some people are like, "yeah the rake is 5.5% but there's tons of promos"

Right, promos I wont win because I can not play poker more than an hour or 2 a day.

Please comment on this and expand on who is your security advisor/team right now if there is any.

Hi ArtyMcFly & LETIGRA

At the moment we have 0% Rake in our room but can say that rake & affiliation program are coming soon. All details about this are not finalized yet, but we will share them as soon as they are. Feel free to share suggestions & constructive feedback with us as we are interested to hear what your thoughts are on this. LETIGRA Thanks for sharing this, this is a good point.

Hi ArtyMcFly & delfins

Michael Josem has advised and helped us with core concepts, particularly when setting up our security protocols in CoinPoker. We value our partnership with him very much, and the experience he brought to the table contributed to the core foundation of CoinPoker. We are still in touch with Michael, should we need any advice from him. We can confirm that at this time we’ve hired a new executive member to take Michael’s position.

Keep rake very low (0.5-1%) and dont do the usual pay the affiliates a percentage of rake so that they can give rakeback to clients. This is what everyone else is doing, is stale and will likely be the death of your site/coin. Pay them a set amount of CHP per signup. If you have 4-5 percent rake with some percentage going to affiliates the motivation to actually play at your site will be gone for most people.

If your goal really is to revolutionize poker then you absolutely can not go to the same tired business model as everyone else. I for one dont think you should have an affiliate program at least not in the traditional sense. Charge 1% rake and advertise yourselves.

Please correct me if I am wrong here, but in the freebuy tournaments, rebuys, add-ons etc do not appear to go towards the prizepool. Where does all of this CHP go? Is this not a form of rake?.

Made account and looked at the lobby. I'm assuming the blinds are in CHP and not USD? I saw 10/25 NL running which I guess is ~50NL equivalent?

Any plans of adding small or larger sngs in the future?

The platform is not new. This comes by here a lot. Actually its fairly old, tonybet.com software. There have been no mayor upgrades in the software since they launched poker first time in end 2015 start 2016.

Are you planning add support for HM2 and PT4?

If I created an account few months ago but I didn't deposit, can I track it to an affiliate?

seems weird because its still full of bugs which I think its okay for a new ,as I thought, platform. For example few weeks ago I got it in with AJ vs 99 preflop and CHP said I had 0% !!! preflop ! best thing is I actually won ! I think that if they have taken the software as it is from somewhere else they would at least avoid such mistakes, obv the 1st reason I ever created an account was the rake-free ad I read but I found it pretty decent for what I was expecting.

I can't login.
The program stops responding when It's time to update.
I try to uninstall and reinstall but nothing.
The worst thing is that support doesn't work!
When I try to write, I get this error "Your message was not sent due to technical problems".
What's going on?

One of the things that you could change is to put an option to hide the balance, why sometimes it gets annoying, comes home at home and agent does not want to show the balance, most poker sites have this option, I think it would be nice to have coinpoker too, hug.

Hi WichitaDM,
Thank you very much for your feedback, which we agree makes some very valid points worth considering. Your input will be passed on to the team members responsible for making these decisions, and keep the advice coming.

Hi thatsweirdman
The add-ons and rebuys are calculated into the prize pool, but will only be added on top of the prize pool if the GTD prize pool is reached. Since there is overlay in most of our freerolls, this is usually not the case and why the GTD prize pool seems unaffected.

Hi The Apex
Yes Blinds are shown in CHP. The equivalent value in USD depends on market price. You can either check this in our CHP price widget in the lobby, or go to CoinMarketCap (here is the link: https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/coinpoker/ ) to check the exchange rate.

Hi gfk_asbos

Thanks for sharing your feedback, we’re glad that things went smoothly as far as deposits and withdrawals go.

We do have some smalls bugs in the platform, which is why our dev team consistently updating our software to get them fixed. For example, our team did a mobile client app update today that addressed a few push notification, reconnection handling, and other design related bugs.

Sharing the issues is a big help for us, so please feel free to let us know the exact bugs you encountered. Any suggestions about extending the current Mtt schedule are also more than welcome. We do have some plans in motion, and are already working on a new game to include on our platform.

As soon as it’s good to go we will make an official announcement, but in the meantime we are always open to hearing ideas for more games to work on!

Hi farreli80,

Regarding HUD support, we do not offer it because we do not allow them to be used on our platform. Doing so is in violation of CoinPoker terms and conditions, so we are not keen on encouraging or facilitating their use now or in the future.

We also do not allow external trackers on our platform (if this is what you are requesting), but we are releasing our affiliate program soon that includes a dashboard for rev-share tracking. To answer the question about your account, only new accounts can be affiliated, in line with the majority of affiliate program guidelines.

Hopefully this answers your questions!

We take this very seriously. We reject all your false accusations, and if you continue to throw them at us in public we will of course call out the lies if we deem it necessary. We may ignore them if we deem that to the appropriate action. We may also take further steps if we deem that to be appropriate. We have a company to protect here, and you are the one making false accusations. We will of course defend ourselves.

I see that you have 12.50 CHP on your account. Please withdraw these within 24 hours. After that your account will be permanently closed.
