WoW BCP very impressed. Your def right up there with pokerstars for customer support I must say.

Yes the 205.00 correct BCP rep. And ok makes sense about getting the 10% boost and also the 100% very nice first Depo deal. the 10% basically takes away the 25$ fee i was charged for exchange rate going from CAD to USD> so was a nice welcome, main concern was the 100% bonus and rb, which you confirm is intact.

I am trying to download the BCP Update, and it is trickling down at a pathetic rate, and has now timed out several times.

No problem with my internet connection, so the problem is definitely at BCP's end.

Anyone else having problems...?

Is it taking anyone else forever to sign on? My page has been loading for over 5min, still not logged in. It's like it is froze on the logging page or something?

It amazes me that someone playing online poker since 2005 still doesn't understand how a network operates and BCPs relationship to the network. It's not BCP. The whole Merge network is going through a software upgrade. Every skin on Merge including BCP is going through the same thing. The Merge network is owned by Carbon poker. Go check out the Carbon Poker threads started by CarbonChris and CarbonRyan.

Guys, as you are no doubt aware the upgrade is still in progress.

The techs have come up against some unexpected issues which they're working tirelessly to overcome.

This was expected to take around six hours but is now pushing 11 - not good for anyone, and we sincerely apologise. I will post again when I have any news.

In my BCP player admin, my option to do player to player transfers is not there anymore. Where did it go? I've done successful transfers in the past. Is it gone because of the software upgrades? I'm confused.

Liking the new look so far!

Did you guys get rid of 45man tournaments? I'm in the multi-table sng tab and the only one I see looks to be $1.10 buyin. I'm under the assumption that it's just one more thing in the software update that hasn't quite gotten put back yet (similar to previous poster) - just wanted to make sure they'd still run
