Although I'm happy to see that this problem is not on my end (even though I knew for a fact that it wasn't) I definitely feel your frustration. I'm just a micros player and I know how frustrating this can be while three tabling 5nl. I can only imagine what it must be like dealing with this @ 50nl+ on several tables.

I remember when I first signed up for BCP and played a few hands (quite casually) back in May of 2013. The same thing would happen quite a bit. When they made that massive software overhaul this time last year, the problem went away and has only returned in the last couple of weeks.

Someone needs to look into this. It's kind of difficult to play poker with money on the table, mid hand, while constantly timing out.

Is it possible to unregister from the Beast? Do you get tourney bucks?

This thread was started before the WPN subforum existed. I don't think that any reps really monitor this thread very much anymore. I think that you all would have better luck getting a response in the subforum.

Anyway, I'll post this question here just in case this is where it will be seen after all:

Inside my hand history for BCP, if I go to pull things up it only has the last day's hands visible to view in the actual scroll down list. Now, I haven't played on there since I think 7/22 and the only options to view are "all", "last day", "last week", and then they show the two tables I was at for my most recent session this morning. I will add, that if I actually go to "open folder", it has my hand histories going back to 6/26 in text document and I have it set in the options to keep hand histories saved for 30 days. I started playing on 6/26.

Is this working as intended? Why can I not just open my hand history and see everything going back the entire month even though it's keeping track of those hands in the folder? Not that it's a huge issue...I mean, I do have PT4 running and obviously it's just a hand history. Those hands still happened. I guess after a six and a half hour session I'm a little OCD right now. Is it perhaps possible that those hands are being exported directly into PT4 and therefore, do not show up in the BCP client's list anymore after I close it?

edit: I tried closing and then restarting the client and that didn't erase today's hands or change a thing so that's not it.

The subforum is comprised of a lot of threads. I don't think that the withdrawal thread is actually the best place to ask your question. You can even create your own thread in the subforum if you want. Winning_TD answers most of the questions for the entire network these days. The Blackchip rep hasn't logged on to 2+2 for the last 2 months so I don't think that it is likely that he will answer your questions.

Anyone ever had cashout problems on blackchippoker?

I want to cash out to neteller (which was also my depo method). They declined it because I had to send ID + proof of adress. I have done this 3 times now and they claim "they dont reveive my attachtments". In the last email I CC'd myself, and I did receive the email+attachments. I have it another shot on uploaded my ID and proof of adress and Screenshots I made of the previous emails including the attachments. They wrote me back that they can't accept my ID like that and asked if I could send it through email. I also gave them an option to add me on skype so I can send it there, but they didnt reply.

Sometimes I don't get reply on my emails either.

What can I do now?

you have to submit your info (id/address) before they do any withdrawal.

just take photos of your documents and email those in. make sure you get their correct email by talking to live chat first, as to where to send them, since they have several emails. i'm not clear on if you've done that yet. if not, i don't know why you're trying to get them on skype instead of doing that

have you contacted the company that you bought the hud from, or checked out their threads here on 2+2?

I did have the right email, since i was replying to their email. And I send the files multible times through email, and they said the weren't receiving them, thats whyI tried to get their skype. They accepted the docs now

What's going on with the bcp software? I recently was playing two tables when it suddenly froze then kicked me out.. It lets me sign back in but lobby screen is frozen, anyway else experiencing the same problem?

Yeah, same thing here. I was playing 2 tournaments and it kicked me out of one, and froze on the other. A few people I know can't log in. Not sure how they'll deal with it.

Still down on my end, I'm guessing there's a problem with the network servers .. I'm gonna try and contact live chat and see what the issue is.
