you say in your op that if you play 1k hands you get an entry into the lottery for the prizes. Is there a number of tournaments that get you into the drawing? I currently just play those, as i'm sure some others do so that would be nice.

Also, nice to see a blackchip presence here.

Hi. Yes, that method is available for withdrawals for some players at BCP too - the same deal at other skins which use the Merge Cashier. Only available for players who have a long (play, deposit and withdrawal) history. They are always working on finding better solutions but it's not as easy as you'd think.

As far as I know, WU cashouts on merge are only offered to select players with good history. I've tried asking (in the carbon forum) what constitutes "good history" but was kind of given the run around. The carbon rep didn't even really know as it's a fairly new option for merge players. Good luck getting it if you are a new player/signup because you probably will not. I just got verified on bcp and carbon and I only have the check option. Maybe in a while after playing I'll get the option but who knows. Your best bet is probalby just trading your money via p2p.

This is possible - basically it's done at the Merge Security Department's discretion. Best to email your Lock, Carbon and BCP screennames to vip@blackchippoker.eu and I'll see what I can do.

Hi Guys,

You need to have a few months of deposits and withdrawals and play on BlackChip, using the Cash Transfer option to deposit, and the check option to withdraw. Do this a few times, and have your account verififed and soon you should see the WU option available to you for deposits. This is the same as Cash Transfer, just a different name. Use the WU option to deposit, and continue to play and you should then have the option to withdraw by this method made available to you soon after.

Also I have an acct. on Hero, can I also open one on Black Chip as well?

Hi. Yes, if you have a Hero Poker account, there's nothing stopping you opening a BlackChip account too. Regarding satellites: Generally we opt in to anything the network does and they often run promotions leading into major tournaments. Coming up is the WSOP Grand Final - $25,000 Guaranteed, Sunday 10th June at 15:00 Server Time. Also, we are running a give away at BlackChip where four of our players will win a trip to the Punta Cana Poker Classic, you can read about it here. Aside from those kinds of promotions we do not generally run sats to live events. If there was alot of support for us doing so, then of course we would.

Withdrawal times, and information relating to US options can be seen here. Checks are taking about 3-4 weeks on average to be processed at the moment from the time you withdraw providing your account's been verified (find out here how to get verified), or about 3-4 weeks on average from the time you are verified.

For your vip program. How do the points work? Is it 10 points per dollar raked? I was wondering if the only rakeback you get is what you cash in for points.

can you please extend the time you can sitout at a cash table before getting kicked? ATM it's like 5 mins or sth. if i need to take a dump mid-session i get kicked off all my tables

Agree its too short. I think I was told its a few minutes or a few orbits, and orbits could go quick, def not enough time for a dump, good thing laptops are portable.
