hard to say for sure since they've stopped showing us how many ppl are online.

there hasn't been a discernible difference thus far, but tbf i haven't played a ton of hands yet

I just logged on to give it a look and noticed my bonus cash is gone.

Did they do away with this? I used to have $100 redeemed and $500 total bonus cash. I am a rakeback player so maybe that's why it's gone.

Are the 'Rake Back' and 'Store' tabs within the Rewards section not working for anyone else? Anytime I try to click on them the client (just the client, not any games I have running) freezes/is unresponsive.

Also, where can I find the Achievements section? I can't seem to locate it after the software update.

They did away with store points for rakeback players about 3 months ago. They let players redeem their points at that time. Rakeback players are supposed to get a little bit more in rakeback since none of your rake goes towards store bonus points. I'm also a rakeback player. I don't really notice the difference. I did like having access to the store + rakeback, but it probably evens out. You can ask to be switched to the VIP program, which has no rakeback. There is a link somewhere on 2p2 that helps determine if VIP is better or worse depending on how much you rake. I don't think you can switch back though, so make sure it's worth it.

You should still have a pending bonus that clears at $1 for each 27.5 Points, I am also on Rakeback and have mind listed under rewards - bonus in the pop up window. The bonus is no longer listed in the cashier overview though and there seems to be half a year time to clear it now.

How do you get rid of that damn All-In button? Good Christ Almighty, I can just see misclicking the hell outta that. It's seriously about 5 pixels away from the RAISE button.

the new software is a lot better to me im sure they will fix out the kinks...In the wpn network there is nothing but complainers on how the new software is ****

IMHO, the new table look is about as comfortable as it will ever have to be.

However, the game selection sucks.

Haters gonna hate. IMO it's way better than before. Just look where BCP was just over 6 months ago when they made the switch. Software was outdated and god awful (my god those cards were SMALL). No HEM support, no HUD stats. No lobby filters. No sit out options. UGH.

Do we all want to see custom avatars, auto time bank, mucked cards, 2-7 triple draw? Hell yeah! But anyone that's complaining about it on WPN can pack up their **** and move to Canada. Because that's the only place you're gonna find better. Until then, have some patience, grind out yer hands, earn your RB and know that when you cash out, you'll actually get it.

What's up with the lack of table themse on BCP? There is only 1 available. Yet, in the /themes folder, there appears to be 4.

here's a hem2/new software problem. sorry if it's already mentioned in the thread. when running hem and poker client at the same time, hem causes everything to lag really bad and i end up having to close out of the program. poker client runs smooth when i dont have hem running.

have a mac and running parallels

I have not had this reported by anyone else and many of us on the team play at BCP/WPN without issue.

What is your total RAM and how much is assigned to parallels? Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?

Make sure windows is fully updated until 'No New Important Updates are Found' (this may require multiple restarts and multiple 'check for updates'), including Internet Explorer (even if you use a different web browser).

1) Go to C:\Program Files\Holdem Manager 2 (Program Files (x86) for the 64bit version)
2) Right click the HoldemManager.exe and choose "Properties".
3) Go to the Compatibility Tab and select "Run this program as an Administrator".
4) Repeat Steps 2 and 3 for HudFuncsApp.exe and the BlackChipPoker.exe

If you continue to have problems, please duplicate the issue and send us log files with a detailed description of what you were doing and what problems you were experiencing:
- Open Windows Event Viewer's - Windows Logs - Applications.
- Check for any errors and send the information (Save All Events As...).

just closed the bcp client and reopened it, still only seeing the 1 theme available.

Seems like a lot of aesthetic changes without any functional improvements.

It's nice to be able to see the chips better but the cards are the exact same, no option for green clubs. Where's the auto time bank? Where's the preferred seating? These are the things that people have been asking for.

Sure does look perrty though don't it??
