The new software just downloaded. They added a Sit Out Next BB on All Tables option and new lobby filters. No auto time bank though unless it's in the settings somewhere. Theme looks slick too but I hope there will be more available down the road, or the option to edit/mod tables and cards.

@BCP Rep - One thing I've noticed though is that my HUD keeps disappearing for a few seconds like every 10 hands or so. Don't know if that's a HEM problem or a BCP problem.

I just installed the new BCP software and will be testing it today when I have time. The WPN rep told me the new update should not affect HM2 in any way but I didn't get a chance to test it before it went live.

ETA: Is this only your hero HUD or all player's HUDs that disappears briefly?

It actually hasn't done it since I posted that.

Could have just been an import lag causing it or something but seems to be fine now.

For BCP... What's up with the avatars, will we be able to upload our own at some point?

Thanks for the feedback. I just played 40+ hands on a table without issues but I was multi-tasking so it is possible I may have over-looked something. I am glad to hear everything seems to be OK now.

They actually fixed these before the update AFAIK and they are working fine for me after the update. One nice thing I noticed with the new software is it doesn't steal mouse focus if I am typing in the forums or Skype when the table needs action. I used to have to use the keyboardredirect.ahk to overcome this annoyance and I don't need it any longer.

Filters are not working right for me. Set NL10 as max and it is only showing CAP tables in Holdem and filtering out the NL2 tables. It is filtering everything out in Omaha and Hi/Lo tabs. Setting min buyin for NL2 didn't help. One of our testers could not dupe this so I guess it is something specific to my machine/filters. Anyone see something in filters I am doing wrong?

not to be a pessimist, but its like they put lipstick on a pig. the new table looks all right, but many of the same issues are still there. even after the update took ~10 minutes to install.

finally a filter for the cash games.

i was working on clearing a bonus, and its not even showing up in my cashier anymore. ill have to contact support about that i see.

edit: fozzy, i just tried to use the filter and its not working for me either.

The software itself runs by far more smooth imo.

i went to the rewards tab > bonus > active bonus, and it's showing my bonus but not showing how much i have cleared. ill give them time to work out w/e bugs before i even worry about it tho.

See it in my rewards tab now as well and also noticed a banner at the bottom of the main lobby to a "new bonus system" - clicked on it and looks like the bonus is not released automatically anymore but you can select when its released. Clears in $1 steps for each 27.5 Rank Points earned.

Does it also show you half a year to clear?

im not seeing a banner that says "new bonus system." only banners are for the beast / 50k gtd / lsop.

edit: ok they've updated the bonus tab somewhat. like you said, it's telling me 27.50 bp/$1 and it says it expires on 1/15/2014

edit: weird, the bonus tab says my bonus expires on 1/15/14, but the t&c is saying the initial deposit bonus must be played through within 60 days of the initial deposit.

software runs a whole lot smoother. It is a dramatic difference imo. And the tables are so much easier on the eyes. Big improvement. Most important thing is those cashout speeds and options. I always loved WPN's cashout, but the software was a problem. Now its not imo. All we need now is added tournaments to the schedule and more traffic

But seriously, its all about the cashouts in this day and age. Software and nitpicking I don't really understand to the full extent. I understand there's always room for improvement and there is feedback that is very constructive. But this new software is very satisfactory for myself, and when it comes to cashouts. What happens if you get banned from western union? what if you don't like to keep on depositing foreign checks into your account? The debit card is no fuss, and it adds a 3rd option to your withdrawal available methods. Not to mention its fast. can't wait to get back on and grind on this site in the near future.

I logged on and saw that the $24 Hyper Turbo HU had disappeared, so I played a $30 and after I finished the game that stake level disappeared as well. Now the stakes jump from $12 to $36. Is anyone else experiencing this?

I know I've asked about auto time bank, avatars and preferred seating and I'm sure others are wondering as well. And while I hope that stuff is in the works, I personally want to thank WPN/BCP for giving us American degens a pretty good place to play cards. There's only a few options out there for us and you guys could have just said take it or leave it. Other American sites should be embarrassed by their uber-******ed cashout times, stupid fair play technology and anonymous handles. You know who I'm talking about and I hope you guys rot if and when we ever get this game regulated nationwide. BCP's customer support also seems to be second to none. So yeah, lets not start jerking each other off just yet, but great job and we all look forward to continuing improvements, increased traffic and of course more grinding.

+2 BCP service is even better than PokerStars in my experience but we have GOT to have preferred seating soon. The software does seem to move smoother though and I like the new look.

Software looks nice but a couple of suggestions:

Can we get a game filter on the Tourney schedule? I would like to more easily see the 2 PLO tournaments per day that run

Can you also display the game type in a column on the schedule?

Still no way to get to the MTT Lobby from the table? I have to go looking through the schedule to find info or just have to leave the lobby open all the time.

Can we have at least one nightly attempt at a PLO8 MTT? They are more popular than PLO on all of the other sites. Maybe just a $10 to start? 9 PM Eastern Time?
