Just thought id update my situation. Played one time 10 days ago approximately. Tried playing again following day. Immediately got same message " ive performed an illegal operation" when trying to log in again. Didn't try for last 10 days. Ive generated over $150 in rake for the site that works in this time period. They have to be loosing millions. This is only sit ei have to uninstall and reinstall to get on every single time I play. SO today, tried to uninstall it. I made a mistake doing it and cant seem to download client at all. Once again have wasted approximately an hour. so no rake again for ACR today. gotta play on another site that works.

Illegal operation means a client crash. Since this happens to very few people, the odds are that the problem is on your end, not theirs. I highly recommend you do a thorough uninstall, reboot, reinstall using a program like Revouninstaller. Updating your Windows, system drivers, Flash, Java, QuickTime, Internet Explorer, etc is also recommended for best results.

If one has never deposited at ACR with Bitcoin -- I have only deposited with credit cards -- can I cash out using Bitcoin? or do you have to have deposited with Bitcoin at least one or a few times?

I believe it typically takes two bitcoin deposits to have the bitcoin cashout option become available.

What do you mean, it is king of the hill. Number of tables is capped. In fact it would be better if they raised the # of tables available because, at least at high stakes hunl, most of the players that hold the tables are using botware.

I'm no computer expert. But EVERYTHING else on my computer works fine. Its a newer computer (purchased for playing poker) running windows 10. I have done everything you have described. Multiple times. I have spent probably 20 hours trying to get it to work. Its exhausting. I called ACR. Told them this information. They said to call a computer expert. Was shocked at how little they cared. It was like I was ordering a burger from a pissed off employee at a burger joint. I was polite and courteous. ACR didn't care. Very sad day for me. In my mind they are dead. Cant put anymore time or resources into them.

Hi, I'm a Mac user and installed the software sucessfully. When I click on ACRs icon though, nothing ever shows up. Ive tried rebooting and reinstalling - no success. Tried to open it with a windows booter - illegal operation error or something.

Not to my knowledge. When the next major software revision comes out I think we'll be able to do so. However, who knows how long it will take at this point.

Damn man. I have ACR running just fine on a Windows 10 install. Plenty of clients and friends use it as well without issue, so I know for a fact they are compatible. I really have no idea what could be causing your problem at this point.

Have you by chance tried downloading Black Chip Poker and seeing if it will install/run properly? Maybe try it on play money games and see if that works. If it does, it would definitely point to some issue with the install of ACR being corrupted/incomplete/other.

I just had my grind setup looked at by a guy who specializes in poker related computer stuff, identifying issues, causes of LAG, crashes. He will at least look a lot harder at it than ACR will. Maybe try a Teamviewer session with him and have him look at what's going on with ACR? He's pretty inexpensive 30euro/hour. PM me if you want.

Still learning my way around ACR. Is it a known bug or there a work around to regging tournament and then no longer being able to re-open the tourney lobby? I can open the lobby from either my table or the main client to see prizepool, levels, etc.

ACR is a joke, their support is a joke and their software sucks. do not bother with the mac software its **** and has been beta over two years. The mac software can not handle omaha and freezes everytime there is a big pot, an allin or something else that freezes the software. I have to force quit the app about 5 times an hour in order to play.

I get this error when I load the client.

I also have 100000 hands saved but this error occurred directly after my computer ran out of power while playing. when I reloaded the client I got this error. I tried reinstalling and have the same problem.

I asked americas card room to pay me out and they said I need to complete 10% rake of my deposit to get paid. I then told them I did not trust their site and would be willing to pay the 10% with out playing just take it from the account and pay me the remainder and they told me no. This again makes me even more skeptical. If i'm telling them they can take the 10% rake upfront and just pay me why wouldn't they? I say I don't trust this poker site so in theory if I never play on the site again they just keep the money? ACR Rep I expect you to do what's right here and pay me out. Take your 10% and pay me.

Suggestion. If someone deposits X amount and uses bitcoin, credit their account with X amount and not the adjusted value. Bovada does this but you don't. Makes me not want to put money on ACR.
