Damn man. I have ACR running just fine on a Windows 10 install. Plenty of clients and friends use it as well without issue, so I know for a fact they are compatible. I really have no idea what could be causing your problem at this point.
Have you by chance tried downloading Black Chip Poker and seeing if it will install/run properly? Maybe try it on play money games and see if that works. If it does, it would definitely point to some issue with the install of ACR being corrupted/incomplete/other.
