actually its been over 21 hours since sportsbook has been down and I haven't received a clear message that states when it will be back up. This isn't the first time this has happened in the last week either. How does a site like this have so much problem in patching it back up? Absurd as hell even acr took down their online chat.

I think the sports has been down a lot lately cause they are constantly updating the Floyd vs Mcgregor props and odds. It is back up I just checked.

ACR down hard around 4.30p ET today. Games paused (I was in a 500 WSOP sattie) and wait a half hour (although the custserv rep did not indicate a definitive start time for that action, after which refunds should be expected. We'll see.

Last 3 cashouts I all did on Mon. mornings, via FedEx ($65 fee). One came by a Wed. morning (2 days) and the other two on Thurs. mornings (3 days). Latest cashout was approved last Mon. morning and this one has still not arrived. I did not ever get any email with tracking number for any cashout, but since they came so quick, I didn't worry about it. Does anyone get tracking numbers emailed to them for cashouts? And, should I worry yet because this is taking so much longer than the other 3? Please: none of the typical suggestions to use Bitcoin.

$260 in Fed Ex fees. Wouldn't think of suggesting bitcoin.

Went on to the site this morning, looked in the Sit & Go section, but no longer see the WSOP Step events. Are they still running?

They were down for scheduled maintenance this morning. Perhaps you logged in right after they came back up and also, perhaps not all of the game types had been generated in the lobby yet.

I have an irritating issue that is ongoing - when I log in and click the Deposit button, I get a screen saying:

You are not allowed to view this page.
Currently this operation is not allowed. Please contact our support for assistance: support@americascardroom.eu or call 1-877-314-4195.

I emailed support about this a week ago, and got a response saying to delete my cache and update java and flash. I did all that, and it did not fix the issue. I emailed again to say this solution didn't work . . . and got no response for 6 days. I emailed again to say, hey the issue is not resolved and also you haven't gotten back to me and this is terrible customer service. Response? Clear your cookies and temporary internet files. I have already done that, and emailed again to say so.

I still can't deposit. Has anyone else dealt with this issue? If I get another response saying that I should delete my cookies, I am going really going to lose it.

Uninstall client. Update windows. Update Internet Explorer (that's default browser). Clear cookies, cache, etc in IE. Reboot. Reinstall poker client.

hi pls help,

if I grind 10NL or 25NL, do I have ANY chance at winning "prizes" through the beast? Because I see I think at least that every micro table takes beast rake

Is it a progressive tier based system, or do 10NL and 25NL players have to compete with 100NL and 200NL players as well?

Also I see the rake is 5%, capped at a normal enough rate for micro - does beast rake get taken out of the normal rake or is it 5% rake, PLUS beast rake?

Not sure if you have any chance, but guessing yes if you play A LOT.

All stakes are together. No tiers.

Beast fee is included with the rake, not additional.

On the table, right-click the player and select "player notes".

The color does not show up in the table selection boxes that list the player names/stack sizes. And the "color box" is almost too small to see.

That is a note icon, it is not a "player color selection" system.

I guess It will have to do...

Ah, yeah, nothing other than that color-coded note icon is in the client.

I hope someone can help me with this. I live in the U.S. I am going to withdraw some ACR winnings using Bitcoin. I am using Coinbase as my wallet. When the Bitcoin is in Coinbase, I would like wire it to my Wells Fargo checking account, where I want it to appear as U.S. dollars - transfer to Wells Fargo is an option stated at Coinbase. Would there any problem transferring to Wells Fargo or a different U.S. bank, if needed. In other words, does Wells Fargo and U.S banks accept tranfers of bitcoin and put into my account in as U.S. dollars? I'm hoping that this is something people do all the time with no problem.

The banks do not deal with bitcoin. What you are doing is you are selling your bitcoin to Coinbase, and Coinbase is depositing the equivalent number of dollars into your bank account. In fact it might be two separate steps entirely, where first you sell the btc to Coinbase, at which point your Coinbase account is credited with dollars, then you xfer the money to your bank. Haven't done it in a while myself.

You should NOT wdraw poker winnings directly to Coinbase from a poker site. They might recognize the sender's address as being poker related and they have been known to close peoples' accounts for gambling activities. You should create an account at blockchain.info and withdraw to there, then send the btc to Coinbase from your Blockchain account.
